I'm convinced that happiness (not pleasure) is the highest value But let's see what you've got to say .

Thanks for your work Leo!

"When you get very serious about truth you accept your life situation exactly as it is. So much so that you aren't childishly sitting around wishing it were otherwise. If you were confined to a wheelchair you would just accept it as how reality is. Just as you now just accept that you are not a bird who can fly."

I can confidently say that after watching the first 16 minutes of this video I learned more valuable life transforming lessons than I did after 8 years of elementary school, 4 years of highschool and 4 years of university. In total spending 16 minutes learning from Leo yielded a ton more value for me than spending 16 years of my life learning in the state funded schooling system of my country. That useless schooling system didn't even taught me English, Leo was also the one that taught me indirectly all the English that I know today.

@Daniel Balan  when did you stumble upon Leo's content and actualized.org?  I stumbled upon him in 2018 and he literally transformed my life . Not much gain on the material aspect of things like earning money or stuff like that but he made me aware of things that i doubt anyone in mainstream society are aware of . And thats to me is more valuable than making money or acquiring tangible possessions.

I am surprised. Since you are indian, the most profound stuff Leo says Indian culture has too. Granted, Leo's insights are much more than that, but still.

I was raised hindu . Read Upanishad..Vedas ..bahava gita..etc it was mostly just beliefs and bedtime stories for me .like the belief in reincarnation (which is also present in Buddhism and Sikhism). But you've said it yourself. Leo's work is much more than telling you you are Barahman or the absolute. He guides you towards this realization in a unique way .

I wish more cared about this. Everyone I talk to only values self-interest. "Geopolitics is self interest. There is no right or wrong".

Tho I've recently learned many people live in "subjective reality". And it seems to be a valid way of living life. Life is about perspectives, about subjectivity.

Life-changing video.

Truth as an infinite value has never crossed my mind.

Recently, I have been thinking about how we are like children playing in a playground.

I discovered actualized.org when I was 14 in 2014. I got news flash for ya, no teacher ever will help you with success and money. At the end of the day you gotta get off your ass and work to improve your financial situation. Leo gives tremendous financial advice, the problem is that we are too lazy to follow through on his advice. We can't expect Leo to go to work and improve our career for us. That is work each of us individually must do.

I'm 30 minutes into the video, this is what I took away from it thus far:

The only way to experience and live a succesful life is to have your life led by a mind that is run by an engine of truth. The only way to experience a fine life is to have a mind that is powered by an engine of truth. The engine that runs your life must be truth, otherwise if your engine is anything but truth the vehicle that runs your life will stray to corrupt and self deceptive paths that will lead to suffering and pain. A correct interpretation of reality can only be achieved by driving through life in a vehicle that has as its engine the valuing of truth. Without truth as your engine you risk having your wheels fall off your car as you drive through life.

This is not true since most successful people are lairs.

I agree, but by successful I meant a life of integrity and personal fulfilment. I mean even though I have 2 dollars in my bank account, I view myself as successful because I live a life full of integrity. To me success means living a life of integrity. In my romantic relationship I've always been truthful towards my girlfriend and I feel very happy with my relationship, I never lied towards my girl and I am really pleased with my relationship. I think success is a bad word I used, I should replace the word success with the words fulfilling life and spiritually rich life. A philosophically successful life.

I deducted a principle for politics from the video:

How to decide who to vote for? Ask yourself, which of these politicians or political parties are valuing truth the most and have their life and policies guided by the pursuit of truth the most?

Thats who you should vote for!

Truth Is The Highest Value

You must be right Leo, because that's also my highest value!:D

But Leo, you must be wrong, because Truth is not my Highest Value

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty.  We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Wise, Virtuous and AWAKE. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life GOD is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, because The Sun shines through All: Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God

The more some politician goes above and beyond saying and doing anything that will get him closer to taking power, thats who you should never vote for.

The more power hungry a politician is, the more dangerous and corrupt he is going to be once he is in power.

Another principle I deducted from the video.

Confusing episode. First Leo says that reality is truth, and your perception is part of truth, and depending on your awareness it's more aligned with truth. So does this mean that if I own a business that does well I am closer to truth than somebody who just fantasizes about business? Since my truth aligns more with objective reality, the answer should be yes but this or similar examples are never addressed.

The video gives examples of Elon Musk and Donald Trump assuming everyone follows the news and politics closely. I don't so these things barely registered for me, should have included more examples and explanations here, especially since you've said in the past that Trump will be forgotten about in 25 years and your videos should be evergreen.

I'll watch the rest later. The examples are great, but lots of the political stuff I've already read on the blog and it's quite obvious by now. There is no difference between this material and the survival stuff. It all boils down to you creating separation between self and other, which is false. After some years of this work this is obvious.

I don't follow the news much but watching it often makes me feel bad. Is that denying truth or is that an intelligent move?

Let's say that me not watching the Gaza news is denial, and someone who does calls me ignorant. That's fine. But does that person follow the Sudan news? If not, why not? It's at least the same level of atrocious.

Selfishly stepping on people's heads to get a promotion is selfish and untruthful, but stepping on an ant is fine. Why? What if I capture and stir-fry ants for my enjoyment?

You think about this long enough and you end up with some relativism discussion.

I don't think real life is as black and white as the examples make it out to be. Things are incredibly nuanced when it comes to human behavior.
