How do I realize I am imagining everything?

When you say “imagining” it sounds like two. So we have the source, and then the source imagines and from it emanates the content. Like the human mind, we can say the brain is the source, then the imagination are the thoughts. But I don’t think reality is like that, I don’t know though. I think reality just is, no source behind it.

But maybe I’m being picky on words here, maybe you mean everything is the same substance or something, which I think I’d agree on

You are imagining reality simply because you are imagining you. Imagination is like a sense. So it's a sense of self that's not there. It's not that you are imagining anything,you are imagination itself, imagining a person there. Now everything that's sensed, that's imagination. If that sense was to fall away, it would just simply be whays happening, but to no one.

And it doesn’t help that it’s all happening in a 1st person perspective, so it’s easy to fall back and believe it’s a tiny me interacting with the big world.

You almost have to “flatten” everything like a map.  Then take out all the map’s routes and names and places (this is all imagination and concepts overlayed on “reality”) and all your left with is the territory.

@Someone here i ve taken dmt several times. I haven't had the insight that I am imagining reality though. Okay my pov is like a hallucination and everything i think is a hallucination too which means that I don't know shit about anything, but the fact that I create everything, that has never shown up.

I never took any psychedelics. DMT is one of the most powerful psychedelics..it should do the trick.

Just two cents :

Forget about this whole imagining and hallucinations . If you just believe these things it's gonna cause mental health issues to you . So don't half-ass it...either go balls into the wall with some potent drugs and catch the OX and tame it back home or stay away from mentally jerking off about solipsism and matrixes. That's a trap I have fallled into in the past and I'm just warning you .

I don't believe solipsism is the reality of my experience I don't think I am the only dream and you all are my imagination the way Leo Gura teaches which seems extreme while if I was the dreamer trust me this life would be way different but I'm hostage to its rules and it does what it wants with me and I'm a pawn in the system as if one of billions I mean I'm not walking around feeling more divine and free than the supposed NPCs like if this were my dream id be able to die and return to god white light as Universalism being the philosophy of the Universe while I live a Justin Bieber lifestyle but that's not what happens trust me if I'm the only dreamer no matter how hard I try to dream a better life it's not magic bro I'm just trapped and I can't seem to wake up from this simulation if I am truly god whenever I was so choose nope instead I'm trapped in the dream to rot and die a nobody waste of oxygen
