Is it worth to write blogs?

Friends I live in Georgia. It's a country with 3 million people and low stage of development. And what s your thoughts does it worth to make blogs can I make normal earnings? (And also Leo said as I remember that blogging doesn't work anymore and what's your thoughts?)

I own a blog and I love it. It's very useful to organize my thoughts, to vent, and write down life goals. But as a source of income I think you should try like 50 other ideas first. There simply aren't many people out there who read blogs. And it's a hyper saturated market. I think even becoming a youtuber is easier than becoming a blogger.

I think vlogging would be more effective. People don't really read anymore.

For making money it is a bad way to go. It's worth it if you enjoy it or you have an existing audience.

You need a better way to build your audience, especially with AI search now. AI search has killed 50% of organic web traffic.

youtube and social media is now where people spend time, but if. your blog is top tier people are going to read it anyways.

You need high level SEO and social media promotion.

Also, if you want to make money build a email list and nurture it.

There are thousands of sources, just use Google, Reddit, and YouTube. You guys are really like little kids sometimes.

Google killing small publisher sites is a well known phenomenon that has been talked about everywhere for years.

AI is the final nail in the coffin.

Googles “AI mode” is about to fuck organic search even more. It was rolled out like last week.

You can still get significant amounts of traffic from other sources like Bing, DDG, Yandex, and Pinterest. The amount of traffic from these started to grow after this Google fiasco.

Just don't expect to make a living out of blogging.
