He need not be a perfect example for the insight to be valid. I might argue eating healthy is wiser than eating fast food and yet still eat the fast food. It doesn't invalidate the wisdom of healthy eating even if I fail to do that sometimes.

Ya unfortunately it’s kind of true. As I get older and date more the more I realize how difficult monogamy actually is. It could be the most beautiful women but that monkey mind comes back in.

Aubrey's biggest mistake here is that he's expecting Vylana to enforce her own boundaries around this. She will not.

This whole thing Aubrey is doing with “spirit telling him to check tinder while he’s working out” is so fucking cringe. He’s basically saying God is telling him to check his dating apps and look for other women on there. 
 

Also the whole way they frame it “I had to stop my gym session in Miami to check Tinder because God told me to” 

 

It’s utterly delusional and honestly comical at this point. I literally had to laugh out loud. You could make this a parody/mock podcast and I wouldn’t know it was a joke 

 

As you can see here, Stage Blue and Green have an upper hand in gaslighting because they can use God and Spirituality to fuel their primal and ego desires. Vylana has been completely duped with this kind of gaslighting and emotional manipulation, hopefully she makes it out

 

Lastly, I know his Dad lost his mind due to delusional thinking, he thought he was Christ reborn, and honestly some of the things Aubrey is saying makes me worry for him - like that the God of Isis told him he had to have kids with both women.

 

I don’t say that to be a dick, he genuinely seems delusional. He’s actually a pretty ungrounded and immature guy on many levels with a lot of magical type thinking

There's definitely a lot of delusion and self-deception happening with Aubrey.

He's really creating a lot of magical thinking narratives and religious narratives to justify his own actions to himself... and then pulling others into the narratives that he's woven to deceive himself.

I can see it staring with him having a problem with checking dating apps as an addiction... and wanting to stray from the relationship to get sexual validation from new partners.

And instead of framing it accurately as an addiction and a boundary breech to his relationship and an unhealed part of himself, he finds a way to reframe it all and make his actions seem to him as a reflection of "greater consciousness and integrity" compared to the average person.

And it allows him to bypass his own addictions and deeper seated issues that cause him to look outside of himself for validation of his worth... AND also to feed those addictions.

What's a shame is that he has quite a lot of power. So, his self-deceptions have a bigger negative impact than those who don't have as much power.

As I got further in, I notice the women's responses - it almost seems like this process destroyed their boundaries. As if giving at the expense of yourself and your needs was the honest and most honorable thing to do? A form of self betrayal. To pretzel yourself into what someone else needs. 

It appears this also caused them to trauma bond. They are taking pride in the trauma they have been through. As if being able to endure that is a signal of strength. I see so many brilliant women truly think enduring a horrible relationship or abuse, is a signal of strength. They stay in terrible abusive situations and wear it like a badge of honour

Also don't emotionally commit to two women and then place them in the same room to compete for your fractured attention. That's so violating.
