Reframes for jealously, hatred, criticism, self doubt, victim mentality, insecurity

One reframe for criticism is 

When I criticise I rob myself from the future.

Can you guys help me with others reframes mentioned in the subject line?

I would love to incorporate them in my life.

Will use the rubber band in hand technique.

Would it be possible to incorporate all reframes or should I take it 21 days each at a time ?

Just catch yourself doing those things and stop. It's literally that simple. Practice, practice practice. Saying When I.....only makes you continue to do it.

Criticism is, I put you down so I feel good about myself.

Work on feeling better about yourself so you can correct the error without criticising the person.

The former is seeking an ego boost while the latter is the behaviour of one with good self-esteem.

Not necessarily as criticism can be broken down into destructive (intended to harm or undermine), constructive (aims to improve or help) and instructive (aims to provide helpful advice and guidance). The former (destructive ) suggests what you're saying while the other kinds can be helpful which you did say when reference was made to the latter. I think OP needs to be aware of the differences so he doesn't shy away from all criticism. You said it perfectly, it's just i felt the need to really break it down. This subject, to me, is very misunderstood just as the "judgment" issue which is quite similar.

At least in my experience, mantras won't solve the problem. You need to genuinely understand those issues in you.

@Nivsch reframe helped me a lot in quitting smoking 

Reframes like this is not deprivation this is reward etc.. so I think this could work for me but need some good reframes for the inner demons...

Worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose. 

Anxiety is like revving the gas pedal while the gear is still in neutral. 

Playing a victim is an effort to manipulate the outcome while giving away your true power. 

Insecurity is the fear of being nothing. 

Judgement is an attempt to kill what you believe has no right to exist. 

Fear is a ghost. You reach towards it and it dissappears. 

Holding a grudge is like carrying a rotten fish as a badge of justice. 

Boredom is the ultimate smugness.

It's a reframe from punishing ourselves, as the first thing that came to my mind when you mentioned it was using the rubber band to hit ourselves.

Same action, but completely different experiences.

@Elton the light in front of you. It puts you into situations you will get angry at for a reaction. It knows your weakness it knows what you dont like.

Yes. The point to remember is don't attack the person but be free to address their action. Every person is doing their best. Actions are improvable for all of us. In that reframe, criticism will be helpful.

I think constructive criticism is okay. But it's learning the difference between firmness and harshness ♥️
