No. I have watched a lot of his videos and gotten many benefits from that.

I haven’t watched many of his videos. But i saw he has an event in Portugal next month which i might be able to make it to.

Is it okay to watch these on a full stomach? I feel like I'm not getting the full experience, also because I jerk off a lot. Would love to experience these on a 3-day fast or something.
