The founding prime ministers were indeed from Eastern Europe, and from the 70s until today they were mostly born in Israel. And yes they have changed a bit their names. I see now it was a wide trend among Israeli citizens back then.

About the war, it has to be stopped. You are reasoning for not fixing the brakes on a car, because the shieldwipers are broken as well.

Hamas is the cause of the war. The war has not ended because of Hamas. If Netanyahu ends the war, Hamas will commit another atrocity, and bombs will continue to be launched into Israel, over and over again.

No, israel is the cause of the war. Israel was attacked many times prior to Hamas even being founded.

This is because israel violently subjugates millions of people and seeks to steal more and more land.

The war has not ended because of Israel, because as always they reject peace offers until they face economic pressure or massive violence. Offers to end the war and have Hamas step down were given repeatedly, israel rejects them because it wants to kill more people.

Israel itself admits they funded Hamas, why? Because the PA agreed to stop fighting them, but they needed an excuse to not seek peace and keep stealing land in the West Bank. So they sacrificed safety of Jews for the opportunity to steal from and kill Palestinians.

Their propaganda narrative is that somehow when the people they brutalize finally fight back it is their fault for “starting it” and justifies israel committing mass murder of civilians. Of course believing they were untouchable.

That failed on Oct 7, when they had the some of worst losses in their history followed by collapsing international approval and damage to their economy. They’re trying to save it by going all the way and genociding the Gazan population and using it as a pretext to steal more land elsewhere now.

As long as israel doesn’t recognize Palestinians as equal human beings, they will be attacked again and again, because legally and morally people have the right to fight against oppressors.
