    @LfcCharlie4 Yes the loc-assessment always felt like it could involve a lot of bias and such to me. So then one I think quite naturally also turns some of that doubt on their whole RASA too. I never felt much from their recorded RASA video's, the videos from the youtube channel 'The Enlightened Way' seem to do more for me, and also he has weekly live transmissions that could be joined for 10$ (or free), so I'll try that out. 
    I appreciate your advice of using RASA over an extended period, but that seems a little too expensive for me lol

    Yes i only did his recorded stuff. I have spend 0 on transmissions. His energy has always felt incredibly clean and peaceful. He's one of the true mystics of our time.

    Oh man, they were incredibly healing. It would trigger the Shakti energy in my body and would uncontract every contraction that was stored in the body. The contraction is a defense mechanism when a certain trauma/negative emotion is felt that keeps the memory of it stored and forms the way we look at life as a way to navigate through life (so results in mental concepts). This happens in cooperation with the last/biggest contraction that forms the mind. The mindspace where the ego is supposedly reciding (behind the eyes) is this last contraction.

    So these energy transmissions open up the crown chakra where that last contraction (the last threshold) is located and work from there downwards to parts in your body that are also contracted (like the naval area/sacral chakra where for example a lot of guilt is stored). 

    So every blockage in your body is a cooperation between the ego mind and the body (=body/mind complex). These transmissions start to unravel the body-mind complex from the crown. And it can be quiet a journey. Everytime you hit the light you can expect a period of darkness/shadow that is released from these blockages/contractions to be integrated. 

    Its incredibly important to ground yourself a lot during these phases. The more your crown chakra is activated the more potential for grounding that energy (as above so below).

    I did them at least 3 times a week. I even did them everyday for some time. Yes it was extreme haha. But its free man. And i like challenges. So you might wanna check out for yourself whats really effective with regards to the frequent use.

    Edit: you could say the last year 1.5 years i was really focusing on these transmissions. And still do. And what it did for me in terms of consciousness is that there is less of "me". My experience has become non-linear in a constant flow without a do-er. I've become much less dense. Eating habits changed significantly (vegetarian/vegan). Body awareness has increased. Not-knowing is becoming more and more the experience.

    Yeah those weren't too effective for me either. The Enlightened Ways transmissions were far more effective for me. The energy felt much more cleaner too. But believe me its not placebo. I promise you. If you do it enough and open up yourself.

    Most definitely, Sir. Space-time really has no meaning. The more you do them, the more open you will be, the more effective. It started quiet subtle with me, it ended up being incredibly effective and obviously working. Have been using old transmissions most of the time. Especially from the Enlightened Way.

    Check out the youtube channel BeyondImogen. Every wednesday a free live Shaktipat transmission. It used to be the channel Endofseeking (you can see lotsa transmissions are still there on that channel) but she changed to Beyondimogen.

    Also the youtube channel "the Enlightened Way" is full of transmissions (which really are fantastic).

    Yes, shakitpat will trigger lotsa lotsa ego death cycles. And they can be incredibly dark as this load needs to come to the surface to be integrated. Healing is just inevitable. And these methods will give you just that. Without any cultivated awareness through meditation you better not even think about these methods. 

    Transmissions are btw more effective when there is a certain openness in the individual (that required a less contracted energetic state that 99.9 percent of the beginners don't have).

    In either way a sober cultivation of awareness (or rather the falling away of contractions/ego) is needed. These are tools to help you. If you want these tools to be effective you need to do the work. And when they seem to be effective that is where your "cultivated skills" should enter the scene.

    There is no way to hide from your core wounds or self-sabotage on the path.

    Giving up your own illusory will for Gods will is the opposite of wasting your life. God is a much better driver than the ‘ignorant chimp ego’. But you have to give it up in order to understand that. You can give it up a little by little. That way you will gradually recieve the positive feedback needed to let go further.

    Right now you are like a fish trying to swim upstream in Gods river, with your own selfish agendas and desires. That is what is causing your misery. 

    Surrendering to Gods will can manifest in any way. It can manifest as climbing mountains, marrying a beautiful woman, delivering the highest teachings of Truth, eating a bag of chips, whatever.

    My ego initially resisted the idea of it having no autonomy, as it has to. It wants to maintain the illusion of control. Pure binary ego mechanics. Ego death = loss of control.

     

    I agree, but this especially happens in later/advanced stages. A personal will is required to be surrendered to Divine Will. It won't help people to mentally accept certain theories. This will only bring them in a position of victimhood (i have no influence in my life, i have no responsibilities bla bla bla). Maybe thats what they need, but we cannot decide that for them.

    The surrender is actually a complete energetic surrender of the ego with its whole being. From the Visuddha chakra upwards. Thats the end of the ego. So I think it would be very wise to choose our words carefully for the younger folk or at least the ones who need to come out of victimhood. And trust me man.. this non-duality path can be a hidden agenda for the traumatized ego.

    Non-existence (and as a bonus God) can be exactly what the self-hating traumatized ego thinks it wants.

    You have a bias towards science it seems. Science literally created all the things that are destroying the world now, it's a fact. Science made cars, ships, and planes. 

    I'm truly happy for you. I've had dozens of those experiences myself. Now it's only about emptying myself. There is nothing to hold on to. Emptying oneself is a loving act of detachment. Not a rejection of any kind.

    I'm definitely not a science fanboy and I see a lot a lot of ways we can improve science. To benefit earth with all its living forms.

    Maybe you've mistaken me for a materialist. The path to Enlightenment does not mean you stop caring about worldly concepts. Or about "physical" reality. 

    We cannot distinguish science from people nor actions from intentions. Even in the relative they are unseparable.

    Relative thinking again. Our environment is getting destroyed because of how far science got us. We went further than we could handle. But it's all total love anyways.     Does it take Unconditional Love to help a granny cross a busy street?

    Are we, as human beings, only able to learn by introspecting? Or do we also learn by what we do in the world? You're underestimating learning in social settings... BIG TIME. You don't think that introspection can also be a distraction from action? It's funny to me... you're speaking of me being relative. Yet you're here creating all these distinctions.

    You think survival isn't love? Oh man. Everything has love in it. Progressing on our moral ladder is not about rejecting the lower steps.

    You're making the mistake by splitting it into two phenomena. Again.

    Love is not only a realization of love and unity. It's also the way we act in the world. Science is an intermediate to facilitate our actions as a result of how we see ourselves and the world. You think the world will just take a break if we collectively start stretching on a Yoga mat or meditate and contemplate? 

    You can't just stop the whole world to be enlightened and to not take action while our environment is getting destroyed.

    Talking about surface-level thinking ffs.

    Forgot something important

    I'm extremely curious about your/our next steps my Friend.

    I read in certain comments that you're not doing 5-meo anymore as its getting too powerful. This kinda made me happy. I mean.. what more can be said about nondual consciousness? 

    For myself, I hope you'll try something completely new and offer us new shit  with your intellectual and creative gifts.

    New ways to contribute to society. Creating new fields in Science. Helping people in new innovative ways. Everything always gets a completely new meaning when we enter new levels of consciousness. So there is so f*cking much to talk about...

    So excited to see where Actualized is heading towards. You have helped so many people worldwide. You deserve all the best.
