Does anyone have any insights into how they opened their crown chakra?

Any techniques, thoughts, additional info etc would be appreciated.

Feeling the soul star chakra (above the head) has helped tremendously.

Furthermore i would recommend transmissions like the one on the youtube channel 'The Enlightened Way'. It takes a bit of time to feel those transmissions. But they can be extremely potent if you just open your mind to it.
