This is cliche advice, but find books and topics that you enjoy! Take some ideas from the book and try to apply it in your life You can also take notes or audios It is important to find your unique learning style. All people's minds are different and have different interests Hope that helps

What I feel lacking in Teal Swan's work is more positive action language!! A lot of her videos are like "society gaslights you here, this is projection, this is shadow, etc etc" Even though I really like New Age spirituality and I think there are many interesting ideas there My favorite authors are Shakti Gawain and Alan Watts😁

This is so true! I noticed that I watch the same old porn that I watched like 5 years ago I want to find a lot of new artistic porn that I haven't seen before I was also inspired by this idea that reality is infinite fractal of creativity, so sure I could find a lot of new spectacular porn that will blow my mind, BUT 1) it takes research 2) i need to shift gears to not watch the same old stuff I also enjoy jerking off to imagination, but it also requires some genuine creativity and visualization Sorry for horny posts, I believe a lot of people will relate Just want to share something interesting maybe

I like one called Understanding and Coping with Nihilism. It is not pure metaphysical or epistemic video, but it touches upon interesting theme and I was mind-blown when I heard that Spirituality = Nihilism.

You ARE Miracle. I remember I read this Camus quote that goes something akin to "I think greatest sin to life is not to lose access to some God-promised heaven by doing something "wrong", but to actually overlook the absolute miracle that is this life here". And it moved me and I was crying my eyes out for how can I be such a fool to overlook this. So.. the point of being alone is just to see that your existence here is fantastic. This is where classic spirituality enters the room. But then if you have that desire, you can just go and talk to people nothing bad with it. In fact, healthy and loving relationships are good for ya. You can use something as simple as interacting with other people to fine-tune a lot of aspects of how your mind works: you can be more kinder, more loving, less judging, less critical, more open, more accepting. And you will have still much time left alone and you can use it to deepen your spiritual work with some of your craving satisfied. If you are fan of Actualized.org, you probably have some desire for highest Truth and you just at some point go and do it. Hello guys this is one of my first posts on this forum, I just wanted to get some of it out and say something
