I've tried a bit different types of meditation. My old personal favorite was no thoughts. (I don't Meditate anymore. I just have a calmness and joy 90% of the time)  
Mantra Chanting is calling gods which gives you more energy and through that energy conscious raises. 
Mindfulness meditation makes you more aware of the subtle energies and gives you energy. 
Someone who chants can have more energy then someone who does mediation(mindfulness) however they perhaps won't know these truths.

Energy is like power. Consciousness is like wisdom. 
When you listen to types of music it aligns you with that type of vibration and each vibration has a different way it perceives reality. Music also effects you way differently depending on your state of consciousness, which im sure you know.

Working today in my job I am grateful to be getting paid at all, but Im starting to hate the work im doing. I want to escape being accountable to a boss so bad!!!

When you read, what specifically are you doing to learn what you're reading, do you take notes, make flashcards,etc.?

What is the correct way to be present/contemplative while we are working/studying? What is the difference between being present while we are working/studying or not been it? Is it actually possible to mediate while we are working/studying since we are "changin things" and not contemplating without trying to malipulate (this is what meditation is about)?
 
The most I can do is be super focused on what I am doing and don´t multitask. But I still feel that I am not as conscious as when I am doing Do Nothing or some other meditation. To be aware I need to do nothing, just watch, I don´t know how to be aware and take action at the same time. I feel that I am in my mind, because I am changing things so working/studying goes against my spiritual calling.
 
Since most of us are basically most of our vigil time working/studying, I think these are very importante questions. 

The bashar community has created a holotope that you can look at while Bashar does a guided meditation, I like to think of it as a psychedelic experience without having to take psychedelics.
I think its important for people to have a safer alternative to psychedelics or something that can prepare them to have a psychedelic experience without having to take any sort of substance. 
Do you think some sort of external sensory experience like holotopes or binural beats have the potential to help people gain insight and have mystical experiences?
 
 

I find this to be a highly important topic. In real life, for example, we don't usually go around saying that we had the deepest awakening. That's never the topic of conversation with anyone. Too woo-woo, right? Well, also, if you're a startup, you definitely don't go around saying that you're a startup, unless you go networking and meetup with the right ppl to ask the right questions. There are a lot of hypes and stereotypes on what is actually a startup--"getting rich," "the good life," "being a billionaire/millionaire," blah, blah, blah. Ok...that's only one little aspect of it. I don't deny that. You may or may not get there one day. I do recommend this book, but you're going to have to apply your own ideas to it in real life.
I like that Bill and John story. It's a pipeline story--a true story, btw. But, something is really missing in that story. My question was, what did Bill do for a living for six months before he met with those investors? I couldn't answer that. The answer wasn't there in any of Robert Kiyosaki's books. I had to look for the answer myself. So, one day, a friend told me that his uncle came to this country (US) without any skills. No one would give him a job. So, he went to the local public library and checked out a few plumbing books and read them. He put an ad in the newspapers for plumber as his profession. (There were no computers. This happened long ago before computers.) When he went to work for the first time as a plumber, water spilled all over the place. Eventually, when he got more customers, he got the hang of it. He created his own job instead of being jobless, homeless, or being dependent on some family member. You could create your own job before meeting up with investors. In fact, it will give you a good idea for your pipeline (product to scale). Your pipeline (product) could be an app, book, tool, art, teaching materials, music, etc. It may contain a description of your awakening and how it happened to make it a high conscious startup. It could be combined with your product and told in a tactful story, or whatever. This will make it your life purpose.

What you do as an 'S' counts a lot before 'B' (due diligence). Btw, I'm an early stage educational / bilingual startup.
The two sides to the same coin (of course, there are a lot more than two sides):
Yes, a startup can get you financial freedom and wealth. The part that most ppl can't see is that it can get you out of poverty, joblessness, homelessness, and being dependent on government welfare and dysfunctional family members. Who would want to live in a horrible / high crime neighborhood in the U.S.?
-Creation of job(s) for you and others.
-Great knowledge esp for refugees, recent immigrants without any skills (or with skills but can't find a job), or anyone jobless and not wanting to depend on welfare--want to get out of it as soon as possible.
-Seeing the startup in its rawest form to get the truth out of what it actually is.

This book changed me a lot. I read it twice - easy to read. It introduced me to networking, and it led me to find a job that matches my startup. Now I'm partly working online and have a business partner. All these things triggered for me due to this book. This is Kiyosaki's third book - the first one being Rich Dad Poor Dad.

This diagram, which is in the book, is a great puzzle to help in discovering your life purpose + startup + passive income. It will have to be paired with the Spiral Dynamics diagram starting at stage orange and going all the way to turquoise.

Bill and John (One of Kyosaki's story on networking):
There was once a village with a huge water problem. All they had was a huge bin in the middle of the village that supplied all the water. The villagers had to walk a mile away to the nearest river with buckets. After scooping the water in their buckets, they carried the heavy buckets home to dump it in the main, big bin. They used that common water for everything -- drinking, bathing, washing, etc.
Until one day, the leader of the village got tired of all this, and summoned Bill and John to solve this problem. They were known to be the best problem solvers. They immediately set off to work. John went to the general store and bought two huge buckets, and went back and forth from river to bin, working 14 hrs / day, almost non-stop. The villagers appreciated his efforts, and he got paid well for it.
Bill, on the other hand, disappeared. No one knew where he went. Everyone thought he had given up.
Did he? No way! He went networking and came back after 6 month, but he didn't come back with nothing. He came back with two investors, a lawyer's contract, and a water pipeline construction company. He built pipelines from bin to all the villagers' homes. Now, they had at least a bathtub and a sink. The pipeline cooled, warmed, and cleaned the water, so the villagers had no trouble using the water. Bill realized that nearby villages and small towns had this problem, so he built pipelines there too. He got paid only 1 cent / gallon, but that's ok. He got billions of orders.
So, what is this story about? Well, it follows this diagram:

Now, actualized.org is Leo's life purpose. You can see that it follows a similar pattern. Except his life purpose is more meaningful than just making money because it incorporates non-duality in it. If you can solve the triangle puzzle and follow through with it (with Spiral Dynamics), you will have your life purpose. You got to couple the triangle diagram (B-I triangle) with the Spiral Dynamics diagram to make it a complete life purpose. Otherwise, it's only about entrepreneurship and the money. The meaning will not go beyond that. You also have to ask yourself, "What skills do I need to solve this puzzle?" And then, go and gain the skills. Here is my life purpose. You could refer to it and use it as an example if you wish. I have not walked my complete journey yet.

I bet I've listed some you haven't heard of:
Psychedelics: You can materialize and take 5-Me0-DMT in lucid dreams and become enlightened or take sth like N,N DMT and have a fun trip.  
Meet ups: If you are advanced, you can go into other people's dreams or meet other travelers in dreams, APs and STs  
 It is possible to induce full OBEs in less than 10 seconds. If you are able to go into the hypnotic Esdaile State and anchor it, you can enter it in a few seconds, and if you know what you're doing, you can relatively easiliy induce OBEs from there. For example Marco Lorenz can do that.  
 It is possible to pull someone out of their physical body while they are sleeping. Marco Lorenz and Jonathan Dilas used to this with the participans of their seminars (I believe Jonathan is still doing it). During the night they would pull them out of their physical bodies, then astral travel together, and on the next morning share their experience and notice a huge overlap.  
You can talk with your guiding spirits, real aliens, deceased people, spirits,...  
 Splitting your consciousness: You can split your consciousness in LDs and APs (and probably STs as well), thus be able to inhabit many independent bodies having independent experiences at once. This allows things like inhabiting a male and female body and then having sex with yourself. And most importantly, it allows you to experience far more in the same time. If you have an OBE for 5 minutes and inhabit 5 bodies, you experience 25 minutes  
Time Dilation:  - In LDs: You can deliberately dilate time in dreams and thus experience for example 1 hour of dream-time in 5 minutes of Earth-time. It is possible but very difficult.
- In APs: Time is relative. You can for example project to a place where 1h Earth-time equals 5min or 5h. For example Marco Lorenz once projected to a paralel reality and stayed there for 6 months while only 8 hours passed in Earth-time.

 OBEs during the whole night. Usually when someone has an OBE it is during the day or when you are in REM sleep. So you usually have alpha or theta brain waves. It is generally believed that you can't have OBEs during SWS (Slow Wave Sleep / deep sleep, when you have delta brain waves, 0.5-4hz). I'm not 100% sure yet but I believe OBEs are also possible during SWS, here are my reasons: I have heard several people say/write that it is possible and that they have done it Tibetan monks are able to stay aware during the whole night, including SWS. They (including the Dalai Lama) are aware of Awareness, thus a nondual state. So if they can be aware of Awareness then it should also be able to project onto a plane with a body. Soul Travles (STs) are said to happen when your brainwaves are in 0-0.5hz, that is even lower than what happens during deep sleep. So it's not only that it seems that OBEs are possible during low brainwaves, but that certain OBEs, STs are only possible with very low brainwaves. That means you should be able to project the whole night, 8 hours each day, that makes 29 200 hours after 10 years. 99.999% of people waste that time.
 
Extra Time: If we combine the last 3 points: Splitting consciousness + time dilation + OBEs during the whole night we get an incredible amount of time which can be used for all sorts of things.  
Soul Travel: I don't know much about it but it is said to be far more epic than astral travel  
You can explore our actual physical universe and the past. This for example allows you to check in your direct experience which conspiracy theories are true and which are false. But you would need to be extremely careful, because it is very easy to see something which is not actually there but created or distorted by you. So you would need to be very advanced and do a lot of cross referencing of what other advanced OBEers report.  
Future. You can view probable future scenarios of earth. And you can see how different timelines of your life would develop depending on what choices you make. So for example you can preview the most likely scenario of what will happen in a week or in 10 years if you now choose job A versus job B.  
Explore paralell Realities  
Explore all of Creation. You are God so you should be able to explore all of Creation, be it past present or future.   
Escape the Matrix: All advanced OBEers I studied say similiar things about that topic. Their investigations made them come to the conclusion that we live in a kinda simulation, a matrix. The Matrix includes many astral planes, so after death, you are still within the Matrix. First you go through a tunnel and a white light, then you meet deceased people and some Guides, then after a while you get an amnesia shot and then are sent back to earth. That's the reincarnation cycle. Aliens created the matrix so that souls can have a certain experience, like being human. (There are obviously many many more Matrixes). All advanved OBE practioners I looked into (John Kreiter, Don Juan, Carlos Castenada, David McCready, Jonathan Dilas, Marco Lorenz,...) agree that this is the case, even scientists and people like Elon Musk believe we live in a simulation. Now, the matrix was actually a good thing because it allows souls to have a particular experience, but many researchers believe (including the OBEers John Kreiter, Don Juan, Carlos Castenada and Jonathan Dilas) that it was hijacked by malevolent aliens a couple of thousand years ago. If you know what they have planned for the upcoming years, it might be worth considering to leave the matrix. There are several possibilites: Don't fall for the Light Trap. Instead of going into the light after death, you search for a hole (which looks black) in the artifically set up grid and escape through it. OBEing allows you to verify for yourself whether this is true and it will probably be easier to escape if you are an OBEer, but it is definitely not necessary  You create a double body while still alive and make it more and more solid (through having OBEs with it) till you can transfer your whole consciousness to it and then  just leave your physical body behind for good and then try to escape the Matrix. Read John Kreiters books: The magnum opus and the way of the projectionist. Dissociation. Jonathan Dilas talks about that as another option. (you can google-translate his blog: Matrixblogger.de) Become enlightened. Religions tell us that you break the reincarnation cycle by becoming enlightened. It is believed that the soul will continue experiencing, it will upgrade to a different plane. The question is whether this plane is within or outside the matrix.   
Acashic Records. You will have access to the acashic records, thus to all knowledge  
become enlightened. Tibetan monks use dream yoga (LDs) to become enlightened   
Inhabit and control another real body. You can temporarily go inside someone else's body and live in it, as if it were your own. This is definitely possible. This usually happens in form of an agreement. 2 beings temporarily exchange their bodies so that they can explore the world of the other being. For example if an alien from another universe wants to explore earth, it can astral project to earth, but it can do more things with a physical body than with an astral body. If it happens involuntarily then this could be considered demonic possesion (if someone is demonically possessed they usually still have some control though)  
Download skills. Leo said that when you are super conscious, you would be able to just download skills. I believe you don't even need to be super conscious, it's enough to be an advanced OBEer.  
Do magick during OBEs which will affect your day-life and physical reality.  
Healing: By asking your subconscious, or aliens or guiding spirits, you are able to figure out the root cause of a disease and then tackle it (in case it has a psychological root)  
Have long whole-body orgasms  
 
And then we have of course the more well-known benefits:
Personal Development: In dreams you are directly in contact with your subconscious. So this is obviously very valuable for any personal development work Fun Practice any skill Practice the Law of Attraction and make it more effective ...  
I believe OBEs are the key to mastering all of life. 
And the key to OBEs is deep hypnosis like the Esdaile State. I will soon make a post about that.

A Real Business Principle That Will Change Your Life

So I was thinking about this... and in fact before I posted this, I actually wrote it all out and titled it "what Roulette, Basketball, and Test Scores Will Teach You About Business."

But I felt like that was too clickbaity and failed to highlight this concept I wanted to talk about. 

So we're in different times... very different times, and people are acting really different under pressure... it's very clear to see. But I actually want to bring this back to roughly 2016-2018 where you can really get to see this principle working the most.

Before that though I think it's kind of important to at least make this relatable to people, because this is as much as it is a human being thing as it as business principle and if you can identify this within yourself, it seriously will change your life.

So back to what I said about roulette, basketball, and test scores.... what do all of these things have in common? It's pretty much not obvious at all... because if it was things would be a lot different. It's what I'm calling the "hold your breath phenomenon."

So say you play a game of roulette... for the most part this is sort of a 50/50 type game,I mean there are the green squares and now some casinos in vegas have added a third green square that brings the house advantage to 5-6% but it serves a good point. What science has shown, is that say you put $100 on black... and you win... you're more likely to bet again. But say you put $100 on black and you lose... you're actually JUST ABOUT as likely to bet what you're comfortable with betting a second time around. 

But something very interesting happens, when you approach the table, and the wheel JUST started to spin or is spinning.

Even though the odds haven't changed... at all. Like literally in the slightest bit the odds are identical unless you have some kind of freak superhuman ability to algorithmically track how the white ball is going to behave according to its current trajectory.... You are now almost NEVER likely to bet when the wheel spins....

Let's talk about basketball then one more example... Probably the most relatable thing is when you play basketball. And if you have played a lot, for the most part when you take a shot, you go straight back to running defense.... But what most people do when they shoot is..................................

Wait to see if it went in the hoop.

Lastly, is a study conducted by Stanford some years ago... They offered students that had just taken a final exam a massively discounted vacation. When students passed the exam... they wanted to go... if students failed.... they wanted to go... but... if students didn't know their scores... they were LESS LIKELY to buy the vacation package.... impending results of their test, which didn't change the value of their vacation AT ALL- cause them to lock up and not take action.

So going back to 2016... What happened that year? Trump was elected president. I'm not trying to get political I'm just going to be making some points. Now whether Trump supporters want to believe this or not... the economy was going to surge upwards whether it was Hillary or Trump....

Why? In 2018, tax cuts that were being worked on since Obama's administration were finally taken into effect. So I mean yes Trump did kind of charge some of these things to be even better for businesses but this is not the point, tax cuts were coming either way.

Now what else happened then once the tax cuts hit in 2018? I'm not sure if you guys were reading the news headlines but here's a few things:
Apple injected $300 billion into their company Wells Fargos, Walmart, Citi Bank all massively raised minimum wage Businesses were hiring like CRAZY
  At 3.5% unemployment- we, according to economists, were at "statistical unemployment". But how did this happen all at once?
 
FedEx gave out $200,000,000 in bonuses Boeing gave out $300,000,000 Apple gave EVERY SINGLE employee $25,000 in stock- they have 100,000+ employees These were basically "help wanted ads", why did they all do this at the same time?  

If you don't get this trend, more like if you think you got it, but you don't actually got it, this trend will not help you. But if you do understand this- it seriously will change your life.
 
What every business owner was doing instead of investing..... were holding their breath.

So for the whole year of 2017 & 2018, when pending tax cuts were coming... ALL of the MAJOR BUSINESSES did one thing.... they held their breath... and watched the news....

I'll tell you what I was doing.... I was investing in myself like crazy....

For the year of 2017, people by skill should've been investing... and they held their breath, and they KNOW IT. Because the stocks shot through the fucking roof. Even though GDP growth went through the roof, the bottom line is during times where others are holding their breath, you need to invest.

The methodology of Blackjack is a lot like this. How to really win at blackjack works like this.

You have a straight man at the table he counts cards and plays the same bet regardless of what happens.

Eventually a situation pops up where theres a lot of face cards in the shoe- this is very advantageous to the better. The signaler will then make a move to bring in the "Big Hitter"... when they signal, it means come to the table, act like your drunk and bet big because you're MOST LIKELY to win and hit blackjacks during this time- we're talking about winning hundreds of thousands of dollars "legally".

But it's not about the counting cards, its not about acting drunk, it's about one thing- TIMING, catching the trend.

Do you guys know how big digital marketing is in terms of global gdp? Over $700 billion fulfilled by people JUST LIKE YOU. What's going into the economy? INVESTMENT INVESTMENT INVESTMENT.

What I've been telling my friends for the past couple years while this economy was booming- guys if you ask for a certain price ASK FOR MORE, if you want a raise ASK FOR MORE, if you don't have businesses START them.

I'm not the type of person either would just tell you guys that there is always a perfect time to do certain things.... like it's not the perfect time for me to get into M&A's, and I probably MISSED OUT on the BEST TIME there will ever be in HUMAN HISTORY to do that....

One of my friends never finished highschool, he had a really kind of troubled childhood... multiple felonies... I saw him about a month ago, he manages several gyms now and I told him, yeah fuck getting your GED and going to school... it's kind of like youre back tracking a lot.

However, when it comes to starting a local business, getting skills, or looking into these types of things... do NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH right now, pursue this aggressively because this tsunami is wiping out all of your competition as we speak.
