@traveler Of course it is not about me, who am I in the first place?

    • Not God/Infinite Love.

I was questioning something I am still contemplating about, something that is truly bugging me. But I guess my answer is still baking in the oven.:)

    • The answer will never come.

Now what is more free? I bet Zero's comment felt better to the one who needs to know.

  2. All questions can be answered with yes and no, both are equally true and untrue. The question and answer format creates confusion because there is an expectation that everything can be hidden within an answer, that it can be known through aquiring enough knowledge. The questioner, question, the answerer and the answer is within the dream of separation. Everything, how can you step out of it to find it, if it is everything? Hint: you can't. The tension/frustration is the seeking energy, the energy the seeking energy is seeking to unravel. It is a loop of itself. It perpetuates "itself" by trying to find it's own absence, but it is "itself". It thinks that an answer will fullfill it's need of not seeking anymore, but not seeking anymore is not seeking anymore, how are you going to seek to not seek anymore?

but it sounds so simple...I am aware but nothing happens....:$ :(...no magic....:/

how much aware should I become?

I wish I could do it on my own without 5-meo, but I truly doubt it is possible.

You are not aware. If you are the controller of awareness then try not being aware. Awareness is effortless, the person takes ownership of it and then says that it 'does' it. Reality as you know it is your ego. Your ego is not bound to your body. When the owner is apparently there, everything is in relation to it.

There isn't actually an ego, that too is a concept owned. The person goes in circles trying to find a state free from the person, the person wants to be there to know it has arrived to the personless "state." Can you see how it is a closed loop? The hopelessness of the search? It is stunningly obvious.

You're looking for a permanent shift, a state where you can finally be at peace. That state doesn't exist, what already is, is all there is. The experience of searching for that state is all there is, kind of, lol. You can't express everything in words, but everything is expressed in words. Contracted energy is all that you are, the contracted energy will not experience boundlessness, the contracted energy already is boundlessness.

  4. Physical death is a concept. Every-thing is. What is looked for is not knowing, death is the loss of all known. This is death. The experience of being a human being is happenings stringed together, creating time. Suddenly there is existence and when there is a thing(existence), there is always its opposite or something creating contrast (non-existence). This is the constant unease of feeling real. The unknown is always a threat, and it feels unwhole, missing your other half. There is an apparent person, the experience of someone inside the body taking action and steering life in the right direction. There is a great fear of death in this experience, because it is the loss of the all real/known. Nothing is neither good or bad, it is just what it is. It is paradoxical for a person to understand, but it is totally ordinary, it is everything. There is nothing to be done, but the seeker can only seek, until it falls away, and there is the joke. It has always been right in front of you.

    This.

You put a line over "solipsism isn't true" but there is no real reason to tell someone who is suffering with that belief otherwise. When one says something is true, the opposite is always just as true. By countering op's belief with its opposite, it may (probably not) be let go off. The belief has no value whatsoever and it is as empty as any other belief.

  6. Astrology is such a limiting and shallow attempt to try and understand what is going on here. News flash, you can't understand what is going on here, putting people into boxes is just another futile attempt to solidify an objective reality. It relieves tension for a while having a core belief structure that explains why things are as they are, but it is still in the dream of achieving something. Most card readings are about shallow relative stuff: "wow July looks very promising for you Libra, you will definitely find some sort of relief here in this month, OOOOHHH look at that Libra, an eleventh of cups, that means money will be flowing your way... Hhmmmm somethings feels out of place here, you got the reverse hangman, fuck me you might actually have someone in your life that is trying to tell you something!"

Not trying to ruin the vibe here, just having fun, I don't actually care, if astrology is of interest there, there is nothing wrong with that.?

my grandads a firm materialist and evolutionist and says he doesn’t think there is a god because if there is then who created god something can’t be made from nothing

    There is no god.

    There is only god.

    Nothing and something is one.

There is no God in the sense that an apparent person think of God.

There is no reason whatsoever to change your grandpas beliefs. Let him be, rub his hairy old feet and make him a cup of tea, listen to his old war stories, listen to how it was back when he was young, all of that is God.

    Yes!

You fundamentally change by conversing with another, because you are the exchange itself rather than a solid person having an exchange with another person. In debates we look for resolution, to change someone else's mind, to be understood and validated. There's no resolution because the entire exchange is a miracle. Missing this, looking for the resolution, the changed mind, the validation, is frustrating. Appreciating the exchange itself is Love.  Since the heart of what we all seek from any conversation or any pursuit is to feel better, "he" who is most aligned with Love always wins.

"You people" still annoy the fuck out of me sometimes though.

Yes i agree that this IT.  Its This.  Right here.  But i wasn't conscious of that until i was.  Go back to zeros post - a conceptual awakening is not awakening.  It is concept.

I think where "we" apparently differ is in the statement "i wasn't conscious of that until I was." There is an universal "I" that can be experienced, it is the experience of the only "I" in existence being/speaking with itself, it is what is happening now but a consciousness of it is not a requirement. Holding on to it creates another position where "i" can stand, but now it is the big "I".

Everything comprehensible is not the absolute truth. This is totally incomprehensible, it can not be understood. It is ever changing, it never can be known or held on to. Every word with an intention of holding what is, is imprisoning the unlimited in the limited. This happening "right now" is totally unique, it will never be experienced again, it is created and destroyed simultaneously.

  10. @Inliytened1 Liberation is not an experience. Experiences are fleeting, if you experience infinite orgasms it is very easy to get attached to those states. I know what you are talking about, I have fallen into that trap many times because it is such a mindblowing "state". What @mandyjw and @VeganAwake are pointing to is that THIS, this very happening IS that glimpse. The person gets attached to good and pushes away that which is apparently an obstacle for good. There are no real obstacles, this very ordinary happening is it, but that is of course unacceptable for you.

  11. Notice the pull to prove someone wrong, and convert them to "your" truth. This comment right here is an expression of getting lured into that exact same thing. This will be my last comment on the forum, so I'll post it regardless of its inherent hypocrisy.

What is really going on here is conceptual masturbation, non dual wars. These debates goes on constantly and all they do is enhance the feeling that I am somebody here and over there there is somebody that can benefit from what I have. It feeds the experience that there is actually something to get here, and something to give, there isn't. Spiritual ego training camp :P. This will be a reminder for some, maybe, maybe not, it doesn't matter. There is absolutely nothing wrong with what is going on on this forum, this comment is just a movement of energy.

Thanks for the entertainment, it has been fun. I won't make a topic declaring my departure lmao!

Curiosity helps us to survive. That's life's purpose. Even liberation is assisting survival indirectly. Otherwise why would you need to come back from the liberated state of mind? To use the knowledge to get emotional relief, isn't it?

Life has no purpose, life is it's own purpose. You don't know what liberation is, it is merely an idea, a dream. There is separation between "you" and "what is," that is what creates the search for a "thing" called liberation in order to seal that gap. This is so close that it can't be found, it can only be.

    Emptiness roars.

Then why do we have something called a curious mind?

Because you feel separate and you fill your cup with knowledge hoping it will empty.

There is no one here having a curious mind, curiousity can arise and there is nothing wrong with that, the problem is that you think that it has value in your search for liberation. Life is a curious thing my G, the beauty is that the curiousity will never end. It doesn't need to be fulfilled.

  14. @Seraphim All that comes and goes are empty appearances, including "the self." You could say that this is "the self" but that is just another word pointing to what is. Understanding appears in this, but this will never be understood. It doesn't need to be. What is looked for is the freedom of just being. The suffering is looking for something that is not here. The individual can not look here, because the individual IS the contracted energy of "this is not it." All that "has" to happen is the falling away of the energy of seeking something else.

That said, even that energy is it, there is nothing wrong.

"All there is, is unrecognisable freedom." - Jim Newman.

  15. Does it actually matter what that "dimension" is? If it is infinite, then it must be infinitely meaningless. What you actually want is this, whatever is happening is all there is. The idea and feeling that this isn't it, is it, everything is. You think that looking at a particular experience can reveal everything or make you understand everything. It looks so big and important when you hear all of these advanced concepts of other dimensions and infinite depth, it's all just concepts happening in everything. The mind fuck is that this already is what you are trying to understand through concepts and ideas. You don't need to do anything for this to be what it is. You aren't already.
