@Ramanujan It's tremendous. It's a bliss bath every day I practice. I'm working on honing the techniques and creating an instruction manual. Should be out in a month or two. It's coupled with the greatest developmental model for psychological growth ever. It's gonna be so fucking grand.

@Ramanujan I can get too energized to sleep well sometimes. 

I use Tara Springetts chakra meditation and if I want it stronger I combine it with Santatagamanas kriya supreme fire.

I also modify Taras techniques slightly. I use the regular 7 major chakra system where Tara uses a buddist inferior system. Her technique is to breathe slowly and on the put breath generate bliss in the chakras by evoking memories of bliss and imagining a flower bud opening at the chakra area to shine energy-light through the body and out into the world. I change this general bliss to the different flavors of bliss of the different chakras. Here it is in order: 

1. Root: abundance and comfort
2. Sacral: connection and pleasure
3. Naval: joy and power
4. Heart: love and purpose
5. No feeling instead, on the out breath I say truths. Fill in: I'm worthy of... I like... I want... I love... I am... And see what truths emerges. You might be surprised.
6. Work in Progress but something like awareness and harmony and beauty
7. Work in progress but something like feeling your identity go from your head to the whole universe

What I like to do is add subtle variations of a scene to change the image but not to much.
