Fapping is Love. Best to embrace it fully and enjoy. You are literally showering yourself with pure love. The mind is a powerful sex machine!

Now imagine showering that same love with another. B|

Because what I have said is important and effects millions of lives.

Take one example, did you know that the most common pain to experience from Nofap, is not blue balls from edging or peeking, but from having too much seminal fluids, pre cum, cloudy and white chunks of sperm? Which is why it's so common when 'relapsing' that the person needs 1-2 more times to 'clear the pipes' out? So, if you miss that principle of taking 100% responsibility for your sexuality, what do you do? Watch porn materials and fap to them, but if you take more responsibility for your urges, and realize that you can imagine and have sexual fantasies, you instead fap to your imaginations.

Literally never had that happen nor ever heard of it happening.

If you want my personal experience with the side effects of nofap (after several weeks and months):

  • oversensitivity to sounds and textures
  • muscle stiffness and aches
  • trouble with falling asleep
  • a feeling of being psychologically ungrounded and "on edge"
  • emotional flatness and numbness
  • zero sex drive ("flat line") but also overstimulation from just looking at a girl
  • lack of social and physical finesse

Some confounding factors might be that I was meditating at least 1 hour every day at that time, and that I had recently discontinued a long period of drug use.

Intrinsic joy is revealed in the marriage of meaning and being.

Another way you can transform your sexual energy effectively is by doing a slow meditative form of suriya namaskar. It contains certain asanas that are directly responsible for pulling all the energy from the your bottom to up. Many would find their sexual cravings go down after a good yoga session. It's probably more effective method then just trying to do it with awareness alone because it involves a more concious and sophisticated manipulation of energy by manipulating the body.

I personally naturally and spontanuously stopped ejaculating when I started doing yoga intensly everyday. The compulsion just dropped somehow by itself. And I know many who had a similar experience. I don't do yoga anymore tho. But it was very helpful tool at that stage.

P.s. If you want you can also add neem and turmeric to your yoga practice on empty stomach. Those two herbs combined have the power to transform sexual energy. Somehow. Don't ask me how. #ThePowerOfHerbs

Also sunbathing is a valid way to transform sexual energy. Somehow sun's rays have can interesting effects on your health and stuff. But it's not very practical method. However if you happen to have a beach near you and you're on semen retention for some time. I recommend trying to to take a dip in the ocean and lie naked afterwards on the beach. You'll discover total magic of alchemy inside trembling.

So now you jack off to porn and feel better?

@D2sage I’ve said plenty of things even just a day ago that don’t necessarily reflect my current ideas of how reality is.

@Yimpa In the video you also said that our mind deceive of what reality is.

At the beginning you mention that this video is one of the most important topic, does that reflect ideas of reality?

It's definitely, absolutely a backward step to have realized how bad porn is and then go nah, actually, jack off all the time, fuck up your dopamine receptors, why not

@oldhandle mastering your sexual life requires introspection and diving deeply into it, rather than avoiding and suppressing. I’ve spent the last week jerking off fully and being honest with myself, getting to the root of where my sexual kinks and desires come from.

This is personal, so I won’t be going into explicit details about it right now. But I suggest you also begin to embrace, own, and master your sex life.

Thanks, but I don't need to jerk off every day to "master my sex life".

Ok, well, even just a week at a time. Not for me. Not necessary to master my sex life.

Are you saying this pro or against porn? I can't really understand your wording.
