How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

Sounds like a University recreational center ran out of land for building a campus, so they put everything inside one rec building.

I mean, if you were able to do it on a small scale I could see it being pretty cool. Seems like a large scope of projects that could create scope creep. I'd start small and see what works by testing out what seems most realistic.

In theory, I like the idea, I'm just curious to see how it could be executed on. Like to have a visual demonstration of the idea.

If you add scuba diving, then I'm all in. (Like portable refillable tanks for 10-15 minute dives.) Including exotic fish and some really uniquely designed trippy colored waterfalls / lazy rivers. Buy all the fish from pet's mart.

Also, I figured this would be more of a career entrepreneurship compared to a society / politics category?

I already (used to) go to a gym like that a year ago.

It had a yoga section, a Cafe, a club, swimming pool and reading area.

As far as I know most people didn't hang out in those places. They used to come dot an hour, use the gym equipment for exercise and then go home.

Most people would constantly look at their watch.

People hardly got time to attend the gym in the first place. :P

It won't work without a blue ideology at heart. Basically you'd first have to create a movement and make it so effective that people would subscribe to it.

What tourniquet men (male guys who exercise outside using public equipment) have in common is not that they're such bros that love training together but that they subscribe to an ideology first. Not sure what that ideology exactly is, but it probably stems from seeking being masculine and scoring girls and whatnot. Nowadays they film tiktoks of them doing some tough challenges like jumping over an obstacle 50 times in a row without knocking it over. That gets views in its specific recommendation niche, which translates into engagement, which may translate into fullfillment and love.

You could do some of this, but I think you’ll struggle to put all of this under one roof.

Better to narrow what you offer at least somewhat. Or perhaps have multiple businesses.

For sure you could have a weightlifting, rock climbing, various classes, a small cafe, trainers and nutritionists. Many gyms offer some variation of that.

It could work in extremely specific locations like San Fran. You need a dense Green population center.

Very high-end. You'd have to charge thousands of dollars per year for membership, especially for the live bands.

Apart from that, I like the idea in which people come to socialize and grow together. However, I also think that you're going to have to give that 'growth' some structure. Cuz if you look at a university-environment, yes, kids want to socialize and grow together. But, without the institution and the professors, all they really do is party in frat-houses.

And I don't think the 'wisdom mentors' belong in a gym. Cuz the gym is mostly populated by testosterone-filled guys who are pushing each other to do '5 MORE REPS!!' Unless the gym-owner is Tier-2. Then, you can really design some good systems to execute on these plans!

And you should probably not include the 'group training sessions' in a gym.

Most silicon valley types will actually frown upon your idea for a very simple reason - it focuses on too many things. A system generally has one purpose and all the parts are aiming towards a common goal. It seems to me that you haven't clearly defined your 'goal' yet. So, I'd suggest that you identify the common thread in all of these things that's really motivating you and choose a simpler idea to make it happen.

Let's not ignore the marketing-challenge of marketing something that does too many things. What is the one thing that you're good at that you want to position yourself as?! Which marketplace do you want to position yourself in?! What's the unique value that you have to offer?! In business, profitability is everything. Especially long-term profitability.

HTH!! :)

Your business-model sounds more like a high-end club-membership for people who are sick of the rat-race and who want to advance to Green. In that case, I'd advise you to do some market-research on that front. What is that industry competing on?! And what are the priorities of that marketplace?!

My uninformed opinion is that in that marketplace, the competition will be on price. Because who wouldn't want these services if they're affordable?! Everyone would! The issue is that most people can't afford them. And this sets you apart. And the challenges with this work are going to be logistic. So, do it if you are the type of person who is very resourceful logistically and can be one of the best in the marketplace at handling the back-end of this thing. If that's you, go for it!

Orange is bent on efficiency. It doesn't have time to sit around as it needs to continue the rat race lol
