System Collapse!!

17 posts in this topic

There's a lot of spiritual folks talking about various 'system collapses' that'll happen in the next few years. There's vague talk along the lines of WW3 potentially happening, economy crashes, etc. There's also vague talk about our beloved Donald Trump being at the center of the collapse!

Can someone who's really tapped into the collective consciousness elaborate more on what you think will happen, why and what this really means? I've heard people are actually preparing for a system collapse by going off-grid, or something drastic along those lines!

Just sit with the truth: you don't know.

People have been speculating about the end of mankind since the dawn of civilization. It's a fool's game.

I agree with @Leo Gura on this.  I have fallen to the speculation of the end of man and as I am getting older, doing research, and self work, I have found that this has been going on for centuries for this reason.  It is fear based and an attempt to get people to do something such as giving them your money, time, or personal items.  Religions have done this on many occasions in order to get people to church.  As stated, sit with it, and then move on with what feels good to you today, not someone else's perception of the future.

Seek to 'know', not to 'know about'

brushing it off  as mere  intellectual speculation about "the end of mankind" is totally missing the point on this topic  ... I'll keep it short :

Actually, there are more and more researchers from all kind of background called "collapsologitsts" who shared conclusions pointing more or less  in a similar direction : as the world is becoming increasingly complex and unpredictable and the economical system we live in is way more fragile than what most people could dare imagine , it is not foolishness at all to go and "reclaim" all the parts of our life most of us gave away to the system, it is not so much about turning paranoid and stocking up canned food and guns waiting for the zombie apocalypse than striving towards self resilience and "anti fragility" .

Not knowing 100% will happen  is no reasons to stick one's head in the sand and dismiss some global trends that are undeniably emerging and to act accordingly so as to get the more beneficial conditions for a "self actualized" life in the upcoming year : both material, emotional and spiritual survival !

The prepper / collapsologist trend goes from SD Blue far right and religious communities to SD Green alternative, Neo-rural and hippies , I nevertheless observe an increasing interest from 25/40 year old Orange transitioning  to Green for this way of living a more meaningful and fulfilling life

Recently a mini series came out in France on how would people reacting case of a SHTF event ( subtitles  , only the first 3 episodes released yet) ... constructive critical comments appreciated !

There is a very real possbility that society as we know it will collapse in the not so far future. In fact, there was a report not too long ago about Pentagon officials predicting the collapse of the US military within 20 years due to climate change.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/futurism.com/pentagon-report-predicts-military-collapse/amp

As extreme weather disasters get more frequent/severe/expensive and food shortages become more common due to droughts it isnt too hard to imagine how society could slowly unravel.

I really don't think it will be the type of collapse that happens abruptly due to one major event. Nor do I think it will be the end of mankind. Instead, I foresee a gradual collapse of our global industrial civilization. And this may ultimately be a good thing for the human species and the planet as a whole. It will pave the way for mankind to redefine itself and create a new story. But this is a long term benefit. Short term, collapse will be dreadful, dramatic and just plain ugly. Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler comes to mind depicting societal collapse in America.

A collapse of what system?

Democracy? Capitalism? Earth?

I don't see these collapsing. There will be downturns for sure, but overall I think we aren't doing too bad. 100 more years of development will correct many of the current imbalances.

The tide on environmental responsibility is turning. Capitalism has already clearly hit its limit and more people are open to the next stage of economics which will be a capitalist/socialist hybrid. Democracy is a bit under threat by nationalism right now, but that will not stick. Democracy should only get more democratic in the long term.

The biggest wrench in the werks would be a nuclear detonation I think. The rest we can manage.

@Leo Gura I'm not sure which one tbh. Some say democracy, some say economic systems. Some say there's a (cold or hot) civil war brewing in America between the left and the right. Some say America is headed towards being a dictatorship, because of corporate lobbying and disconnection between government and people. Some say there's gonna be a civil war between the 1% and the common people. These people, by my judgement, are SD Stage Green and above.

Vibrationally it feels pretty tense. The unsustainability of unconscious systems can be felt. Conscious people say that in order for people to desire connection (and muster the courage to go on the Hero's journey), they're gonna have to experience more and more separation first! Their comfort zones will feel worse and worse. This will be seen individually, collectively, systemically, etc.

I'm trying to figure out what to make of this, i.e. what they mean when they say this. I'm kinda considering it seriously as some of the really conscious people did predict Trump's presidency before the election! I don't take talk about 'the end of mankind' too seriously as most people talking about it are conspiracy theorists, i.e. not very conscious people.

I've only heard vague (but serious) talk and I myself am looking for more elaboration on this!

I have said almost the exact same thing to a friend of mine and he broke our friendship just because I said this. I don't know what triggered him. Looks like people tend to buy a misguided notion that you have to know the big picture if you admit you don't know what happens the next day so you are in a safe zone regardless of how bad the next day could be.  To me it's total bullshit

@Baotrader The ego-mind really, really, really hates to admit "I don't know" when it doesn't know. The mind wants to make shit up in order to feel certain and secure, even if the thing is totally false.

People who predict exact dates for when the world will end get even more convinced the world will end after their dates pass and nothing happens. The ego-mind loves to double-down on its ignorance.

If the world didn't end in 2012, surely it will end in 2013. Surely in 2014. Okay, now it definitely has to end in 2015. Okay, no later than 2016 for sure this time.

This is really a good question dude. It helps you grow a lot, both financially and spiritually too. But the goodness of it lies in you having it and agreeing to forget it. It worked for me. I hope it could work for you too.

It's undisputedly good if you can predict what will collapse before it does. Like me being predict the overall downtrend of my buisness industry before most people and prepared for it. My family would be financially dead by now if I did not intuied it. However unless your country is solely relying on 1 industry/system to function you don't really need to know what will collapse in order to build something else to fit that place. Even for an individual, it's not absolutely needed as long as he honestly observes his buisness or any other facet of his life and knows what factors affecting it.

Believe me it's not anecdotal, it actually works. Do it dude, overtime your consciousness would expand.

You can literally create what needs to be created first by consciously observing the CURRENT situation including all the resources/systems you have in your hand and create simulations in your mind testing "the thing" you want to build. The practical value of meditation makes its presence!!

Think!! If you think in a fair way you wil notice asking this question may limit you a lot rather then help. If you are making good profit in your buisness you will most likely close it up just because you keep thinking the system that helps your buisness may collapse and you miss a big uptrend. You sell your buisness that is going to make you 100k for 30k.

A harsh point: It's (likely, not certainly) that you are being unconscious DEEPLY enough to not know what you are really asking. Let's say all the things you care work under influences of all of the system you mention, who can say the grand effectiveness of things run by those system can be used as a reason to believe the whole system won't change? The system can be pretty much changed by something outside- things that the system did not take part in running it at all. But it can turn the whole system upside down by forcing a change on it. It acts like a catalyst as long as the law makers let it. Of course the catalyst can not enter if things inside the system work too well AND there's no profit promised in by something else. So you can see the stuff outside the scene should actually be seen as inside the scene- literally.

My answer surely does not totally solve your problem because it requires some intelligence from you to correctly choose things that affect the health of whatever thing you care.

Don't turn what I said into a misguided notion that you have to watch everything in the world to know what affects your thing. It's STUPID pettiness

Truth is the more conscious you become the narrower your watchlist will become.

@Leo Gura aside from the nature of the ego's mind I do believe there's real effort put in by some cons for profits they see can be taken. I deducted from my job: trading. In 2014 a financial credited guy made a video: "Don't bet against gold, the price will go up. Here's why" . And gold price had a downtrend after that. There are other examples anyone can check if they search. It happened many times in my industry. When I first got started I thought it was just "Man plans, God laughs" but overtime it became clear to me. 2nd example: New World Order

I am ( in free time) looking to test my theory's truthfulness in other aspects like someone preaching what to buy to prepare for the end of mankind....

You may not believe it that a respected economist Bill Still who seemed pretty sincere trying to save mankind from his Rothschild's conspiracy, offering valuable knowledge and yet only got exposed by his support for Trump. Seems like he thinks all of his fans are idiots.

I even cried a bit after seeing through him. I feel embarressed that I still use what I learned from his knowledge to make money

@Parththakkar12 Yes, the West will fall but the death of one thing is the birth of another. Its no more the "end of the world" than the fall of Rome was.

Climate change will cause massive suffering closer to the equator but that is not the first time there has been massive extinctions. Eventually things will adjust and an evolutionary explosion will occur again. It has to happen and its inevitable. It is the natural cycles of the universe. Its not "bad".

Go look at Elliott Wave Theory and then look at the inflation adjusted chart of the US stock Market. You'll see that the market is completing its full bull run that started with the industrial revolution. Things could get very interesting in the next month or so. Its completed its pattern as of last week and can start a corrective downtrend that would last at least 100 years.

Dont stress out about it...flow with the Tao.
