Why sex and the human body is looked down upon by a big part of the world?

The very act that gives life somehow is seen as something to be ashamed of, this makes no sense. The very our own bodies which are designed so impeccable we see as something to be ashamed of and generally there is some type of "shaming" taboo regards the body and sex. Why is that?

@WHO IS since the creation of humans, human beings had a strong sense of aversion towards death. seeing other species dying was torment and agony for human species. so they became spiritual and they wanted to convince themselves that they were something higher or spiritual creatures. not like a lower value animal who dies and its tiny self-awareness terminated forever, "they thought"! thus, for men, having sex and partaking in those kinds of activities reminded the animal side of themselves and they didn't like the fact of being animal, because being animal meant immorality and not being spiritual. that's why people unconsciously restricted sex and they built up related customs and norms for having sex (for example marriage appeared)  because they didn't want to feel like an animal. since that time on, human beings are copycatting their miserable ancestors. that's why it's taboo.

Sex is often used for escapism, however, unlike many other forms of escapism, it can directly harm relationships and therefor others.

@WHO IS  Sex is fundamental to human survival, so it will be fundamental to personal identity. It is a great way for people to manipulate each other for self-centered desires. Whether someone like peanuts more than walnuts is not going to have much "umpf" in terms of personality, energetics and manipulation because peanut/walnut preference has no relevance to survival and personal identity. If someone tried to shame another for eating peanuts rather than walnuts, it just wouldn't be effective. Unless a culture was able to establish that peanut/walnut preference is fundamental to survival and personal worth. Yet that is a long put. Humans have already evolved to have sex be a fundamental component of survival, desire and personal identity. The stage is already set. . . I grew up in a fundamental catholic environment and they were masters at using sex and guilt to manipulate and control.

And sex is used for manipulation in many contexts, not just shaming. E.g. Marketers use sex to manipulate consumers for profits.

Because most people do not have a healthy attitude towards it.

Because if you could have all the sex you want, that would make it meaningless. You would discover that it's nothing special, really, not more special than a breakfast meal. So, it's partly for your own good i.e. to make you experience the duality of pleasure vs. pain.

But that's not the real reason. I'd say the reason for shaming sex is due to dogma. I imagine that in earlier societies, there wasn't this much constriction on having sex. There wasn't this much of sexual obsession that we have today, because they used to get plenty of sex without being exposed to porn and the media. But then religion appeared and tried to elevate people above their sexual desire (which was almost always fulfilled), so that they could channel their energy up to higher chakras to awaken. And from then until now the world has changed, but the dogma remained ?‍♂️??‍♂️

Sex alters consciousness and anything that alters consciousness makes us afraid because we want to live in a society where people easily accept rules and aren't pulled by other forces we can't control very well. The misunderstanding that we are the body creates a lot of discomfort. We know that the body is important to our survival but we also inherently know that we are more than the body, so we actually try to separate from the thing that we think we are. We can't do that of course, inclusion love and acceptance for the body is the only way of transcendence.

It stems from people in positions of authority wanting control over the masses. Very fundamentally related to the survival of the ego by those in power. By brainwashing others that a fundamental part of human biology was sinful and instilling fear in them for giving in to their natural sexual desires they can more easy control the masses while they indulge in all of that themselves because they self-justify as being above their own rules.
