Leos channel banner is badly edited

My OCD Just kicked here @Leo Gura The image of you does not fade in with the black background I circled them in RED, this could easily be fixed with the gradient tool in photoshop.

I don't think I even bothered to look at that or any other part of the production of this website. Gosh I'm just grateful for all the people and resources here.

@Preety_India Don't underestimate the value of attention to detail. If your presentation is bad it is going to put a lot of people off, even if your ideas are amazing.

That said, I don't really see any lack of fading. Maybe it's just my screen.

I did not negate or oppose a person from posting but said how perceived which is completely okay. It would have been a completely another thing if I would have said "don't think like this" because then it would actually mean rejection.

@Bridge to Infinity If you are capable of helping.  Please do some work on the re-design and submit it to help out the site. You dont even have to ask, just do it and write.  
"I noticed there could be some design tweak.  I went ahead to redesign it myself.  I hope you can use it but if you don't maybe this can inspire a different design."

I can't see any problem there on my screen. I'll try looking at it on another screen. Seems like your brightness/contrast must be very cranked up.
