The “experiences you don’t have” aren’t experiences at all, but are thoughts. The one who doesn’t have them is also a thought.

You can experience flying, being in a cartoon, still having the room and building a space company but you’re infinitely intelligent & unconditionally loving, so you instead created this reality which is superior to those notions.

That’s great. Then consider why it doesn’t feel that good, and then you know what does feel good / what you do want, and write that on the dreamboard.

Question about the emotional scale. Something feels off.

Using the scale is for me immediately connected to going to love etc. Thus I feel no acceptance of emotions cause I have the agenda of going higher up the scale. I then feel I don't want to feel more expansive and I just want to feel the present emotions. I feel a pushing energy of controlling emotions with that agenda.

Is it more about feeling the emotions, so when they leave an empty space that the next emotion can be felt?

@Nahm Is there a way to know what your emotions are guiding you toward? Like is there a method or tule of thumb so that you can move beyond negative emotions having “got the message”?

The guidance is ‘baked in’ to the very manifestation of the dream. ?

Yes. All judgement, such as ‘negative emotions’ is thought. The offered method is to use the emotional scale. In utilizing the scale, the discord of the judgmental thought(s) are let go as the guidance is respected & honored - emotions expressed, and thus contentment is instead felt. Then from there, express on, and notice (feel) the self-inherent-effervescence of the true nature, inspiration, which arises of it’s own intrinsically delightful nature, whenever, wherever, judgement (absolutely innocent) is not focused upon.  

If any ‘too caught up in thoughts to notice the discord felt’ is experienced… daily morning meditation allows a ‘slowing down’ and ‘some space’ in this regard. The suggestion or offering in regard to the meditation page, is top to bottom.

The thought "pushing energy / agenda" or rather "I don't have time for this / it needs to be rushed/pushed" feels off. Thanks!

@Nahm I have a question . You say to write what we authenticly desire on the dreamboard. But what if what we desire turns out to be a bad thing or unhealthy.  

For example if I'm being 100% honest about it ..I would like to smoke like there is no tomorrow but its ruined my goddamm life...should I smoke and sacrifice my health or should I do what I most deeply desire..? Same with jerking off to porn ..I do desire it but its unhealthy imo ..

How do you  solve this dilemma?

For me want & desire are the same. Both come from a fountain of ever overflowing love. The nature of your heart / essence / higher self is expansion and that expansive energy is what you feel because it's already in your heart. The destination is already here.

About need & craving: they are lack / contraction / black hole. Fulfilling them isn't leading to expansion because of their nature.

I use my board for expansion. That being said, there's nothing wrong with needs & cravings because they are human. I personally don't add them to my board.

It seems to me that you notice that craving and porn feel off to you. I could also say that they aren't feeling good to you even though they lead to great peaks.

Talking about bliss peaks which lead to me feeling not good or contracted in long-term: For me long-term contraction overwrites short-term bliss. They show me that they aren't positives in my life. And so they are dropped like thoughts in meditation (also notice that it's a belief that you got to fulfill a craving and notice that this too can be dropped). This continuous letting go can take as long as it keeps appearing, perhaps taking months, years or decades. Deconditioning yourself can be seen as beautiful in it's seemingly eternal cycle and you can also suffer when you believe it's hopeless.
