@mandyjw I'm thinking maybe you are misunderstanding @now is forever in what I was referring to,,,,?  Maybe not,,, My view is actually that the problem with the fifth chakra is that it's too open which means repression isn't the problem but just the opposite. This line of reasoning is from Ocke de Boers teachings.

....i tried to learn the flute once but i was to small then, my fingers didn’t reach to the holes - so i got frustrated and didn’t want to anymore, so i stopped.
