Let's not forget, emotional triggers are both negative and positive. You can't have one without the other. So, you're talking about the complete elimination of all emotion. Which would essentially mean you'd be dead inside. Personally, I don't want to be that enlightened. There will be plenty of lack of emotion when I'm dead.

But yea I mean exactly like unable to live selfishly anymore. The person might develop such compassion that his old life simply cannot exist anymore. He also might go on a mission to help humans awake or to be more intimate with people to help them with their suffering more directly.

If you want to coin your own term with your own definition ("emotional triggers"), you can do that. But they can experience emotions, it's just an appearance like any other. Although the level of control is immense compared to a normal joe. The enlightened mind is like a perfect flow, a perfectly transparent screen. Energy passes effortlessly through it like an unimpeded beam of light.
