(Personal) Problems with culture change in Europe due to immigration

22 posts in this topic

As many of the European citizens here know, and I guess others as well to varying degrees, the main European nations had an influx of Eastern and African people over the last decades.

Off course, there are always certain migration flows happening, but I’m referring specifically to the ones stemming from culturally islamic regions, like Turkey, Algeria, Syria, Iraq, Afgahnistan,….

Over the last decade especially, there is an undeniable shift in the cultural background of the populous. You can see this starkly in children and adolescents, in the composition of school classes.

Culture is changing, beginning at the young people.

It is seen at how the clothe, how they speak, how their worldview is composed.

I see black dressed youngsters walking around saying islamic phrases and stuff like “I fuck your mother”, etc

Now to my personal situation.

Recently I felt good and had a walk around my neighborhood. I wanted to project love onto my surroundings, seeing the beauty, appreciating the world.

It went kinda well until I came up to a group of boys (12-16 years old I guess). They clearly had migration background, and my appreciation recoiled. I could not love them.

As time goes by, I encountered so many instances (in my surroundings and beyond) of young migrant and migrant background men doing violence, sexual harassment, vandalism, showing islamistic worldview, not appreciating this culture that took them up and in which they grow up.

I’m sure people here in the forum encountered their share of experiences with “new Europeans”

At this point I can’t help but notice how the progress of Europe is slowly declining, immigrants are pulling societies down the spiral into more blue and red.

Off course, these are humans, with basically the same fundamental fears and aspirations as other humans. I don’t want to deny that.

But as I said, damage has been done and decline will be a product.
Many are unwilling of integrating, they remain in parallel societies and this has the potential of turning European nations into authoritarian fascist states and making self-actualizing and development far more difficult.

On a final note, yes, I’m aware of colonization, US-European wars in the middle East, European economic control of third world countries, Europe's problem with their own demographics, the global state of the world, the imaginarity of borders, liberal stage orange and lovey dovey, naive stage green.

I have a problem of hating this new culture emerging in Europe.

Maybe some of you want to share their personal perspective or maybe give me some advice on how I can handle my own personal problem.

All male teenagers in a group act like buffoons.

They all need to "show off" how cool they are to each other, a status game.

I did this to as a kid because you want the group to like you and building a reputation is addictive. It also motivates you to be "the best" and develop skills.

The issues becomes when kids identify with toxic trends, violence and so on.

I would ring a door bell and run away with the gang, but we had the sense that beating up a homeless guy was wrong.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

Leftists do wilfully close their eyes to the dangers of immigration.

Its very obvious given how much they prize the importance of socialising young boys well in their own culture. For example, to not have mysognynist attitudes.

But then fail to call out the issues of having people migrate from places with poor socialisation processes.

I live in the middle east and let me tell you something, you've done this to yourselves.

The "progressive agenda" you persued has put you in this position.

And make no mistake this is an active agenda and plan made by hands behind the scenes.

You've basically let your leaders erase you and give your countries to the immigrants.

That is what is happening and what has been happening in Europe for a long time and it's now at the point of no return I'm afraid and it's already too late.

Unless you Europeans wake up enough to prevent this from going further.

Though some of your patriots are already waking up and trying to wake others as well.

Immigration is reducing to Europe and polls find many of them want to return to their home countries if it was safer. So long term it will reduce, is what I would have said. But currently the US and Europe are helping israel try to cause a meltdown in the Middle East which may just increase it massively.

If you really want to expand your views, I would try to get to know their culture. Try to understand the way they live. The trick is to feel it as if it was your own country.

Pretty hard to do that on the street. So don't beat yourself up. Your spiritual practice doesn't contradict being aware of your surroundings and trying to be safe.

Immigration needs to have stronger expectations for assimilation into the national culture. And better systems to fasciliate that.

Immigration without assimilation is a problem, yes.

Its pretty much impossible for old stage blue people to assimilate into the culture of stage orange and above. Only their kids assimilate to a large degree. I've seen people from my country egypt somehow transcend religion, become atheists, immigrate and yet maintain strong stage blue nationalism and even homophobia. I would say developed countries also have a role in making assimilation possible or not. In Germany you could be born there, speak the perfect accent, completely embody the culture and still not be accepted by germans just because you're not white.

The proper anti-immigration argument is not based on bigotry, but based on the limited rate at which immigrants can assimilate.

Not sure about that.

Second generations definitely don't want to move anywhere.

They way conflicts and climate change is developing, who knows how many new waves of migrants are coming.

Getting distracted by minority groups is what led Hitler to defeat. All that time, resources and energy could have been used for actually winning WW2 yet Hitler spent it on solving the completely fabricated and non existent "Jewish question". I see immigration as a similar red Herring to our real problems of billionaires hoarding wealth and manipulating elections, raising the cost of living and thus creating homelessness, creating online misinformation, and fentanyl use being shipped in from China.

Definitely, noticing what connects us is very important in harmonizing my view.

But that sentence is just too ironic...

Immigration without assimilation is a problem, yes.

This is hard to do if millions of people, often without legal identity, migrate into another continent.

And that's exactly what European right wing parties do, in central Europe at least.

The practical question law makers are faced right now is how to move rejected or criminal asylum seekers back into their origin countries.

Compared to Jews in 1930s Germany, the migrants and migrant background population is on a way bigger scale and actually has an substantial influence on the cultural development. It is not just a red herring.

Immigration and late stage capitalism are both serious issues on their own.

I cant imagine moving to a new country with the goal of becoming a citizen and not making at least some effort to integrate into the wider community/culture. If I moved to Japan for instance I would strive to learn Japanese, follow Japanese social rules, etc.

The fact that so many of the political elite seem to be OK with ethnic enclaves forming is just baffling to me. If someone can move to Holland, without speaking Dutch, not taking on Dutch customs, yet still be considered “completely Dutch”, doesn’t that mean being “Dutch” means nothing at all? That “countries” are just arbitrarily landed areas with no common feeling, language, ideas, etc?

I support immigration. I even think the ethnic part of anti-immigration debates is just low-tier racism (an Asian- or Mexican-American is fully American to me, despite not being part of the white majority for instance), but there needs to be SOME expectation to create a common identity. Otherwise why even have countries? Why even have identities? Let’s just destroy everything and live on some “global corporate zone,” right? 🙄

You said it very well.

That's their goal.

The Globalists.

This is exactly what they're striving for.

A one world government.
