When you dream about being in a specific state all the time, that can turn quickly into addiction.

there is no general rule.. it depends on the consumer.

I've gone thru phases like this, but it never became an addiction for me.

Inner Smile Qigong, grand Circulation, forgiveness, gratitude, compassion for self and others…. All these produce feel good hormones and increase health. There is feel good without bad. But, feeling bad will happen too.

But still at the end i just feel fine. BUT I WANT TO FEEL AMAZING ALL THE TIME IN ANY SITUATION, WHATEVER AND WHEREVER! If i don't feel amazing i feel like i'm wasting my full potential.

This is what my thoughts sound like when I'm at the peak of my hyperactivity episode

Sometimes after Qigong practice I feel so much joy in crying tears of love. But, you guys don’t take Qigong seriously.

How do i feel amazing all the time? I don't want to feel just good. I want everything. I want everything to be perfect

You're essentially asking how to fix all life problems forever. It's impossible. You're genetically programmed not to feel amazing all the time. Infinite happiness would kill you (and any other organism) very quickly, so obviously you're very far from that state. Even something like opioids - think about it, morphine was discovered in 3400 BC and yet today modern science is still hopeless about its tolerance/withdrawal effects in the organism, that's how deep, impossible to get rid of, evolution made it. It's extremely important for survival that you experience negative valence/pain.

Your best bet to feel significantly better chronically is industrial-strength meditation practice. Mindfulness practice training stable attention without dullness, attending to sensations in the body produced by the breath. You should get to a point when you can enter jhanas at will, meditate in a fully alert state with stable attention, effortlessly, for hours. One of the most important signs that you're progressing/doing it correctly, is getting less and less internal suprise/startle response to loud, unexpected sounds. The book "The Mind Illuminated" describes what the progress looks like pretty well.

I'm not sure I see psychedelic use as drug addiction, but this is commonly assumed.

you can be addicted to feeling high...maybe if u use lsd is less toxic and less addictive than using heroin. but is still some degree of addiction if you use it for recreation purpose
