Extra options:   Soak a tablespoon of chia seeds in a glass of water for 15 to 20 minutes.

(Omega 3, protein, fibre, and good for the gut lining.)

Two tablespoons a day.

You can’t compare between Omega 3 and protein from a fish to a plant.

You can buy cans of salmon instead.

Canned Salmon is very high in mercury as well.

Canned salmon: 4.5 µg per 100 g

Canned light tuna: 5.4 µg per 100 g

Well then, sardines instead.

Apparently canned sardines contain a lot of BPA and plastic because of the can lining, so pick glass jars if avaliable

Industrial salmon might have much lower omega 3 as far as I know. Wild salmon is a better option but much more expensive.

@aleks2 Sardines. From what I’ve read they pretty low in heavy metals since it’s a small short lived fish. And pretty packed with omegas. Almost like taking the capsule lol

Where is this coming from? Both forms have ALA — same molecule, same conversion rate to EPA and DHA.

Flax has slightly more ALA per gram, but that's it.
