This forum is like Aristotle when believed women have less teeth but never verified it. It appears @Olafhas more sense than Aristotle. He simply asked some of the women on here to open their mouths to find the truth of how to attract them instead of speculating.

Why didn’t he just ask his mom or sister? Surely he has at least one of them. Bro is losing aura points for absolutely no reason by posting this.

Some of you chuds can try the following: ask any woman in an autistic manner, "What are you attracted to, what do you want from a man?", and then after she answers you, try that exact thing she told you on her, see how that goes for you lmao you might get something out of it nontheless, might be just enough to satisfy yall's chuddy needs

@Monster Energy, @NewKidOnTheBlock

Chill bros. This question isn't bad at all. Shows humility and willingness to learn.

What if this is just fascination + identity + seriousness being inflated into universal importance?

Okay, I am curious to the woman's opinion on this. @Natasha Tori Maru@Emerald and the other woman: how would you like to be approached by a men on lets say the street or in a mall? What would he say, do, not do? etc.

TBH I would like to not be approached at all, but then I am in my late 30s, married, and with other priorities.

When I was younger, people approaching me was a bit novel. But the novelty wore off very quickly as soon as it became clear that it was nothing about me in particular, or they just liked my look (which is what tends to happen when you don't know anything about anyone). Like I'm just another mark. The people who I felt the most comfortable around came off as naturally extroverted, that is, whether or not they were attracted to me, they still seemed like they were enjoying or getting something from the process of interacting with me, and we actually had something to talk about as well.

I think cold approaching tends to select for women who have a very high appetite for novelty, are young/naive/vulnerable, and/or are traumatized. And also low self-esteem, a poor sense of self, and poor boundaries in many cases too, if you treat them disrespectfully and they go along with it.

If I was single and interested... probably someone from a special interest group of some kind. Uni/college is probably the easiest place to do this. Actually have a real interest in whatever you join though. Where I live, I suspect the widest pool is probably outdoor sports and recreation, followed by indoor sports and recreation.  There are tons of other hobbies for introverted and non-physical interests too though.

What exactly are we learning here? Oh wow, two women told us what they personally like. Groundbreaking. I’m sure we’ve finally figured out what the other billions of women want.

You could see those as data points. Collect a thousand and you're probably doing well. Or just theorize from macro surface behavior, up to you.

Even needing to ask what the point of this thread is (in the manner it has been done here) potentially points to a much deeper and concerning issue within these users.

You seem to think there is a concerning issue with users (members)  on here, can you spell it out for us?

@eos_nyxia I guess what I get from you and emerald is that you like to meet someone indirectly either through a sports club or a group of friends

Maybe it slots in under "naive" but to me, the biggest selection effect problem I see is it selects for women with low discernment. Like, if you are looking for a girlfriend, you don't want her to be dimwitted or unable to see what's going on. I was with a girl like that once and it was so frustrating to have to explain the most basic of things to her. She started calling me "daddy", and not in a fun sexy way, lol.

It actually would be interesting to figure out what is the difference in Natasha's perspective where she's receptive to being approached so long as it meets her standards, and the other girls who aren't interested in that approach at all. Like, try to answer this question.

I have intuitions about the difference, but not sure. I suspect Natasha is a bit on the wild side a little bit. Can't unpack what exactly that means at the moment, but it has to do with spontaneity and potentially a specific flavor of openness. Almost like she actually wants it happen or welcomes it because it's an opportunity to be excited/interested in something new. Just the first few things that popped into my head.

See, this inquiry is gold because if you spend the time figuring this out, you enhance your models of women and therefore can see the patterns when you're out and about and you aren't stuck with a one-size-fits-all approach. Imagine being able to get a read on both and calibrating for what you think would work on them specifically.

It's interesting because these are actually two archetypes that exist in the wild. Some women are receptive even if they don't plan on doing anything with you. They'll let you play your game while knowing it and they won't tell you they know it, and you should be able to tell when that's going on.

Maybe they're waiting to see if you can catch on. lol I love it.

I think I am open to novelty and new experience to a high degree. But at the same time, I am extremely discerning and know what I want.

Someone approaches and I have a snap, intuitive read. I don't often roll with it, just to test it's ability and to ensure I am not needlessly misreading and losing an opportunity. But there is definitely a boundary there, if a guy is signalling any sort of disrespect, charged anger or violence it's an instant no.

I suppose it's me testing my gut intuition by remaining open to collecting more data?

Most often, the men who are more likely to approach are less patient. And although I might be okay with being approached, I am slow to build genuine feelings of deep attraction and emotional connection. There appears to be a hidden assumption with cold approach that making your intentions (sexually) prominent from the outset, that sexual contact is guaranteed quickly (or quicker). This has just been my experience.

I've never had a successful connection develop from any man who cold approached me. All my relationships were vetted through social circle, or some other relationship that didn't involve romance initially (work etc). So the mechanics of attraction as Emerald described are very similar to my own experience. I chose to answer the question differently.

Thanks for asking (or prompting) 😁

@Natasha Tori Maru so basically you are joining Emerald and eos_nyxia in the indirect approach through friends or work/sports etc.

Do you mean the OP lost "aura points" in my eyes and the eyes of the few other women on this thread?

First off... no it didn't. It's a normal question to ask.

Secondly, if it had lost him "aura points' in my eyes... why would it even matter what some married 37 year old internet lady thought about his aura?

@Natasha Tori Maru Thanks for explaining. That tracks with your previous reports.

Yeah, I knew there was a woman in there 😝

What makes the difference is what I'm interested in. I'm sure it's nothing super exciting. Probably mostly explained by traits.
