I study worldbuilding mostly these days as well as watch content creators breakdown shows I like so I learn stuff. A lot of music so I can vibe and get my creativity going. 

I also started trying to build my own youtube channels which is a whole other type of grind, makes me appreciate how people put together videos even more. That shit is hard.

It's a dark fantasy multimedia project called Legend of the Abyss, based in the 17th century. I talk about it more in this thread

It's somewhat inspired by Game of Thrones; that show is based in the 15th century and the Wars of the Roses. I wanted mine to be a bit more modern and focus more so on imperial conquest and world domination over just warring kingdoms. 

My story focuses more on the Thirty Years War which was basically a religious war that tore Europe apart and was one of Europe's bloodiest conflict before the world wars. 

The show is basically around the idea that the Abyss is Hell but basically also infinite consciousness and the multiverse and the origin of magic. It's heavily misunderstood by the regular human governments and religion of the world and they commit all kinds of weird actions like the witch hunts in the name of God until the blood mage God-Emperor Nerathar conquers the planet and the Abyss itself and turns mankind immortal.  

I wanna make it based in our real world unlike Game of Thrones so that by playing the game and reading the story you learn about real world history and politics; the magical elements are put on top they don't really invalidate the mechanics of our world. Started coding a game but thats hella hard so I'm mostly focused on worldbuilding and releasing the manga to create a fanbase for now.
