Depends on what you mean by God. If you mean reality / the one then I'm 100% certain but if you mean an infinite mind thing that imagines everything like it's a dream idk.

Yeah, by God I mean reality itself, the infinite whole. No actual separation, just the experience of separation. And I think the last part is actually necessary too. If reality is truly infinite and there’s nothing outside of it, then there can’t ultimately be anything separate from consciousness. Something completely unconscious can’t exist as an absolute truth, only as an appearance within consciousness.

That's valid, but what would the nature of that consciousness be? It reminds me of the idealist philosopher George Berkeley, who said that the reason the world doesn't disappear is God is always observing. But we're so conditioned into perceiving consciousness with our senses, I'm not sure how God would perceive everything.

I don’t think consciousness would perceive reality through senses like we do. The senses are part of the experience itself. Its nature would simply be existence itself. There can’t be any substance coming from outside of consciousness because then consciousness wouldn’t be fundamental. It’s the same with existence itself. Either something has always existed or it has a beginning. But a beginning from absolute nothing makes no sense because nothing can’t produce something.
