Nofap + the wedding ring trick to put your sex appeal on steroids?

22 posts in this topic

I peacocked a rave last Saturday and learned some things. It wasn’t a perfect one, people were doing alcohol, nobody was rolling, and there wasn’t quite as much unity as you’d expect from the classic style. More like a popping nightclub than a proper rave, which was rather disappointing at first but still ended up being a great time.

Anyway, I ran my first experiment of the  wedding ring trick on two 8/10s who were together while there. According to my findings, 100% of the two woman sample size did not respond favorably once I dropped the bomb by flashing my phony ring and saying “My wife would not be happy if she knew I was here.” Before that we were interacting very smoothly (as far as I could tell) and they were so chill and friendly. But once I told them they were OUT!

Obviously two girls can’t be considered a fair trial so I still have preferably 10-20 more to try it on before calling the result.

Apparently it’s a highly effective thing that can work like catnip on many women based on thousands of anecdotal reports and even a study done by the university of Oklahoma. It signals that something about you is desirable enough to lock down. I had ai give the most convincing ways I can act and carry myself like a married man, maybe I can even get my friend’s wife to agree to role play as my spouse on the off chance I need to call her up to prove it. Even better if I can pay $20 to a willing baddie to pose as my wife for a photo so I’m prepared to really sell the part.

Of course it’s not flawless. I imagine it’s effective in a highly polarizing way where some will immediately lose interest very strongly (as per my first try) while others will be drawn in close with the same intensity.

Now couple this with semen retention and you could be looking at a world of difference. SR also has thousands upon thousands of anecdotal reports claiming it’s a game changer. The guys who manage to quit squandering their sexual energy and start channeling it into their higher centers will all say it does something very noticeable by women to your aura that sets you apart. Here’s a girl explaining how she can feel the difference firsthand enough to know who’s full and who’s not just by vibe alone.

The wedding ring study found most women were more attracted learning the man was married, but the majority were less interested in dating him.

Also you just waving it around and bringing it up like you’re doing it on purpose probably came across as tryhard and self qualifying. Thats not what a normal person would say.

There is zero evidence semen retention makes men more attractive to women in any meaningful way. There are plenty of anecdotal accounts saying the opposite.

Peacoocking itself is just to make opening slightly easier.

Stop focusing on parlor tricks and learn solid game.

By putting this ring on you are saying there is nothing desirable about me to lock down.

I think it's good to try different stuff from like a test perspective but I wouldn't do it long term, it's more of a gimmick than something that will genuinely raise your value and you'll eventually have to explain that you wear a fake wedding ring to approach women it's a bit cringe.

Nofap is good for increasing sexual chemistry, usually when I go out I try to be on 1-2 days of it.

That’s perfect if she doesn’t want to date me, easier on my wallet. And I don’t want to be official with a girl willing to jeopardize another couple’s marriage and she probably doesn’t want to lock in with a guy willing to cheat. Everybody wins.

Maybe I didn’t do it perfectly, it was the very first try. Remember, it’s not like I opened with it. I casually mentioned it with the same energy we already had going. They literally became this emoji 😮 and burned rubber to peel out of there. Thats not a reaction to an annoying tryhard, they definitely believed me.

why not both? The overwhelming default for women is rejection. We need every little boost we can possibly get.

Appearing married says quite the opposite. If there was nothing desirable about you then why did someone stick the ring on it to begin with? 🤨

Why else would there be so many people confirming this phenomenon if there wasn’t something to it?

Ps, My “quote this” feature isn’t working. I can’t use it more than once per post. That’s why I’m doing it this way.

Because they are manipulative, usually cringey and actually preventing you from learning real socialization.

By relying on these tricks, you avoid the hard work.

How desperate do you need to be to fake being married?

So your genius plan is to get women by making women not date you and going for women you don’t like.

They obviously saw it before you brought it up, they just got weirded out by you randomly bringing it up and seeking a reaction. You also basically told them to go away. If a woman randomly tells you her husband wouldn’t want her there that would be a rejection.

Wrong. That’s not how skills work. If you don’t have foundational skills you can’t do add ons properly and will make your results worse. That’s like someone who can’t kick properly also trying to learn flying jump kicks.

You also aren’t doing both, you don’t have fundamental skills or understanding as seen by your wedding ring behavior and understanding.

All of it is hard work. I’m just looking for anything and everything to maximize my chances. Having the tism and living in a relatively small city of under 60k, I’d say pretty desperate. I had to drive an hour and 15 minutes out to get to this latest event. Ideally I’d just move, unfortunately that’s not at all feasible right now, and I’ve never known a time in my life when it was.

On the bright side, as desperate as I get, I’ll never sink as low as the porta potty peeper.

This mad lad made a habit of going down inside the porta potty toilets at yoga festivals hoping to get crapped on by the goddesses

Dude, in a small city like that you’ve got to approach this by building a social circle. With some of the stuff you’ve told us about here I’m willing to bet you already have a fairly negative reputation in a town that small

As I’ve said, you’re spinning your wheels because you’re trying to learn to drive in a car without any tyres. Learn basic social skills and get a social circle going and you might actually get somewhere.

I like to think I have no reputation, therefore nothing to defend or lose. Barely anybody beyond my tiny circle knows I exist, much less who the fuck I am. I’m not on socials, (at least not with real name or face) I’ve spent most of my recent years low profile except the brief periods where I go out to practice a few sets of pickup, heck I don’t even show up anywhere by googling myself.

The expanding my social circle thing could be valuable I suppose but the downside is then I’ll have more of a reputation to uphold, thus less freedom of pure authentic expression. Not to mention there’s practically no women here except for at Target and the college campus. I have to drive an hour or two out to find greener pastures.

I get it, but faking being married is not the solution.

You gotta be smarter than that.

No reputation is also a problem as it means no status. No status + weird gimmicky approaches will put you solidly in the loser category in the mind of most women

Women don’t really want a nobody, or somebody with nothing to lose. They want a man who is somebody.

You don’t need celebrity status to clear that bar, a good group of friends that you do fun social stuff with is enough. You have the wit to be entertaining and sociable, this is something that’s definitely achievable for you and it’s where you should direct your energy if you want to get laid.

I guess if you’re not doing these gimmicky approaches too often you may have avoided a negative reputation for now, but certainly don’t risk tarnishing your reputation anymore. In a town of 60k people most people know each other and stories about the weird guy who pretended he was married to try and get laid is exactly the kind of story a girl shares with her friends and laughs about

Wrong! Someone without social skills will wreck his social circle. In social circle you can’t afford to be weird or cringey.

I’m not talking about social circle game, I’m talking about making genuine connections with people and building friendships without the sole purpose of it all being to get laid.

The kind of friendships where you can actually go and do social stuff together and just have a good time. That’s the path to developing basic social skills if you have none. This teaches you basic social dynamics, and most importantly it teaches you that socialising is actually fun, and not just a barrier in your way to getting laid.

Cold approach can be good for developing social skills, but if you’re weird or cringy and don’t possess even basic social skills it’s just going to make it worse for you. You’re going to be continually told how weird or strange or awful you are which will totally destroy your self-image. Not to mention in a small town you will end up with a reputation.

Agreed. Many of the folks I met in pickup communities simply had no real friendships. You can't go out and talk to random people from such a low place.

I know this first hand. I was a loner most of my time between high school and my early twenties. I resorted to going out to bars and clubbing alone to build better social skills. It worked to a degree, but I don’t have a single person from that stage of my life who I still talk to, and I was still deeply insecure at the end of it. I also had baseline social skills already which is why that was even viable.

Now I have a solid social circle of 4-5 great friends who I love dearly, and it has almost eliminated my social anxiety. I wish I had prioritised building that first instead of going straight to cold approach.

Deep friendships are where you learn who you really are and how to express that in a way that is appealing to others.
