Its not actually real it is a state you are in that creates a sense of self and who you are.  Like if you suffer from DPDR the sense of self drops (I have experienced it) and you are in a depersonalized state.  Enlightenment is identical to that except it's slightly different.

There are thoughts, emotions and actions happening, just no personal ownership.

But for the dream, „the outside”, the physical reality, there is no behind the scenes. What is not experienced in the moment literally doesn’t exist. What is, is Truth/Now. There’s only ever It. Referring to something beyond the Now is just thoughts.
