I mean the Coolidge effect is a documented thing. If you have access to many women sexually then your libido will be much higher than a man with only access to one mate. 

Women love sex too especially if they're not stressed all the time. 7 is a lot though that guy is a legend. I think they all live in his house too. I like the having hierarchical polyamory where you only liv with 2-3 primary partners and then have other ones that either have their own partner or are single. 

I read this harem game blog series a few years ago it was interesting to read a breakdown of a guy that had something like that. His was compartmentalized though the women didn't meet each other. His biggest conclusion is that societal shame will be your biggest problem to making work.

I highly doubt that would change things too dramatically.

Libido is fairly stable, like the amount of food or sleep you want. You can't alter it that much just by having access to more women.
