Extrapolate that over the long term: the more experiences you have with 'hot' women (per your eyes), the less you'll idealize them. The hardest will be the beginning, when you have yet no experience. That will be hard, and you need to push through.

Define proxy metrics. E.g., if you want to hook up with a hot chick, that might happen so rarely you can't use it a reliable metric. So instead you track and act upon proxy metrics: how many hot chicks you talk to; how many hot chicks you get the number, etc. Be creative and use your intelligence to come up with proxy metrics that well characterize your own progress and adjust to your own stage.

Experience and action are king.

Can you imagine following the content on this forum, realizing you're literally God and infinite and still somehow you manage to not fuck hot women lol. It would take a divine level of coping to achieve that.

@Never_give_upHere comes some counterintuitive advice. Right now you unconsciously see woman as goddesses. You look up to them and project your sense of worth onto them and you are because of that terrified of being rejected by them (because they are litterly the one judgeing and deciding your value)

What would happen if you would do this process concioussly and own that you view them as goddesses?

I mean that you do this internally, not that you should act differently or go to her and " worship" her as a strategy. Simply within yourself, you're concious, that you right now view them as something way above you.

 

The meta-move in my experience is to focus on the way you want to feel, instead of how to make a woman love you or be attracted to you. It is not you to decide if she loves you or not.

You are the one you are, RIGHT NOW and if you love or like a woman and she doesn't like you back, either for the way you look at her, the way you express your love or any other reason - Stand stronger in your frame of who you are and your expression.

It's not up to you to justify who you are to woman. You are the way you are - Woman select based on WHO you are.

That's the ultimate game, to be the WAY you are - not the way a woman wants you to be.

Worship a woman . Gods temple for a man is a woman’s body.
You should stop idealizing women but you should find one woman and idealize her..and worship her ..because you are a man ..which means you want a woman ..and you won’t get out of this ditch about women and ultimately transcend it and enjoy pursuing high consciousness stuff unless you satisfy your craving for love for and from a woman .  And once you fulfill yourself totally regarding your craving for the opposite sex you will automatically transcend it .
