We are all in the Attention Business

Every business is basically a subcategory of the attention business.

It's true that you're selling ice cream, making a games or your selling self-help courses either way you're in the attention business and that's where most of your time is going to go at the beginning.

It's a common trap and to make video games and to not realize that you're in the attention business and so on.

We need to discover infinite energy sources so that this attention business don't get too much importance. We are basically beggars for attention right now; no attention = death.

So many people develop and do things they don't want but need because they need to survive and because that's what get attention at this current moment in time.

I recently spent about 100$ on X ads and got about 600,000 views, 60 likes and 0 new installs from it 🤯

X's views are a fake number. 

Musk 10x the view count by counting anyone who scrolls by your post as a view.

X views are actually 10% of the advertized number. But it even worse than that because like 50% of X views are just bots.

So you got like 30k real views at best.

A game developer is in love with the vision and passion of building it.

Marketing tends to be neglected and a blind spot.

Unless your trump Its hard to be passionate about self-promotion.

Brutal, im building an AI finance channel to work as the promotion pathway, probably a better return on investment if its done well.

@integral Online display ads for what you're doing is a waste of money. Those ads have abysmal conversion, especially on X.

You can get 1 million X views and zero sales. Most of those clicks are accidental or bots. You will have better results investing that money into new content production for social media.

I had to give it a shot. I dumped a hundred bucks in every platform, google, x, reddit, instagram...

A friend is doing personal fitness training and they killed it with super basic google ads. Instant flood of clients.

Got to figure out how to convert for SAAs

I got some sales from Facebook ads. Also some from organic YouTube funnels. I will do more as part of my next phase. 
 

Just running ads isn’t enough. You need to have your value ladder in place, customer journey, avatar, etc
