Will psychedelics help me with my panic attacks?

12 posts in this topic

I have constant panic attacks, every day I feel a sense of doom and impending death. It's difficult to function like this. I vomit a lot, I scream, and every moment I feel like I'm dying. I've tried everything. benzodiazepines, SSRIs. I haven't tried meditation because it's impossible for me to meditate. The only option left is psychedelics. Will they help me or will they worsen my situation?

Yes it can. It completely nullified mine. I have 10 000 of them in 30 years.

Awakening is like having an ultimate panic attack.

You will see there is nothing to be scared of.

Panic attack is seeing conciousness.

After I took mushrooms my panic attack stopped completely and I cant even induce it again.

Panic attack mean you are seeing something you do not understand right now.

You are dying. The ego is saying omfg im dying. The real you is somewhere else.

Before my awakening I was sensing doom looming over me 24/7.

I feel evilness looking at me from shadow. It felt like I was going to hell. But I was actually going deep into my shadow.

Take some shroom bro.

It means you are fully pulled back for the slingshot.

It was like a magic pill to stop panic attacks.

Think of a panic attack like you are pulling down your energy really hard really fast. You then stop and dont let go you are holding the rubber band. Then you have another one and go lower and still hold on. You have 10 000 panic attacks and you are at maximum elasticity down in the energy. You are holding on. Eventually you say I cannot do this anymore! This world is too low vibration for me I want to die.

Psychedelic say let go of your rubber band and your energy must shoot back up. TO GOD!

If you let go it will feel like a panic attack but really really good and you will see God from the slongshot of low vibrational energy to really high.

This massive shift in energy and conciousness will allow you to see something you cannot see in ordinary life. Yourself.

I suggest using lemon tek as it will make it happen really fast. You dont want slow roll you want it to hit you hard fast so you dont know whats happening and dont have time to get scared.

Low to microdosing psychedelics can be very helpful in a natural setting, however i would be very cautious if your taking SSRI's and similar medications. Then again those that used such drugs often have damaged neurology from them, so sometimes low doses do absolutely nothing.

Best find someone with experience in the real world who has successfully guided others with cases similar to yours, its too risky online.

How old are you?

I tried today, but I just can't turn off my mind and I start panicking always and I have to get up and walk around to try and calm down... Do you recommend any specific technique?

@Carl-Richard When someone has a panic attack they are seeing God. They are already meditating. If you truly silence the mind you will see something this causes panic.

They cant sit down they feel like they are losing grip with reality. They have to use the body or else they feel like they are dissapearing.

It will trigger fight or flight in the body.

Its like a mini awakening.

Try the technique in the video. I recently thought about it as a potential treatment method for akathisia and other movement disorders. It has a way of balancing (quite literally through bilateral symmetry) and gently channeling one's energy into smooth movements which could be helpful for exorcising anxious stuck-up energy.

@Toranvor Can you do the following:

Next time a panic attack appears, dont try anything against it. If you dont try anything against your panic attack, it will blow you up. But you will signal your body for the first time that everything is ok. Because every time you try to stop the panic, you give your body the signal that something serious is happening.

Dont try. the next panic attack will come, but it will be less intensive. it needs a bit time until the body learns that it is useless to produce these panic attacks. Then final the panic attacks will be go away.

What about movement ? It's been proven as powerful if not better that SSRIs and medication.

How does this effect you?

My personal beliefs really steer me away from recommending psychedelics. Especially heavy visual or auditory hallucinogenics. You are likely to bring whatever mindstate you have into the trip, which can be catastrophic.

This is especially the case if you are currently in any drug therapies.

@Toranvor I would be really careful here.

It sounds like you need some more basic grounding. Maybe getting outside into nature, gentle yoga, that kind of thing.

If you still want to try psyches, I would look into a legitimate ketamine or MDMA-assisted therapist. Iboga maybe as well. I would not take psyches alone.
