Really??

This is how you see me?

Referring to your content recently.

You know how I see you. The greatest philosopher in human history.

But, in your videos you are, truthfully sitting on a coach holding a phone with dirt on your shoulders. It’s simply true.

Thats the way you packaged your recent insights. At least some of them. I just made that comparison because Bryan is really packaging things nicely.

Of course, your main body of work looks and sounds amazing is my favourite content on YouTube. I am just being a bit rude to you because, if that’s how you wanna act that’s the forum you breed.

I could list a long list of my imperfections, problems with my own work, my own philosophy, my own corruptions and short comings of which there are many.

N=1 isn't science. What Brian is doing is not science.

So you judge the content on how it is presented and who it is from, as well as the content itself?

What carries more weight for you?

Does the truth stand alone in your worldview?

N of 1 science is really the future. But, it’s balanced with meta analysis of course and longitudinal studies. They aren’t mutually exclusive. It’s a tricky balance but analyzing your own unique health, and creating your own unique health protocol is central to what he is teaching. This is common sense.

All of his supplements he sells, such as Creatine ( the most studied supplement in the last 25 years) have so much science and research on them.  So does sleep, so does exercise, so does nutrition. So, your point isn’t accurate nor does it hold up.

He says the vast majority of longevity protocols we already know, and are cheap and accessible and doable for most of us.

Health, is always and has always been N of 1. It’s that way in Vedic science, Chinese medicine and new emerging sciences.

2 years is definitely long enough and I know plenty of people who eat plant based and do fine and look fine.

It’s health, doing what works for you to be healthy. Look at your own data. Be honest.

Anyone saying is is untrue, is a moron. (Not calling you a moron but making a strong emotional point).

If the “raw vegan look” is a look developed from mal-nutrition… that doesn’t take 6-8 years.

Don't get me wrong, I like Bryan and his approach is better than what every other billionaire is spending their money doing.

Personal experimenting on yourself to tailor things for yourself is important self-science, he's got to find what works for him.

What he's doing with the food company he made is as respectable as it's going to get. Someone is attempting to make healthy food and sell it

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

@Natasha Tori Maru I think the quality of the package says something about how you are operating in your life.

Powerful insights are part of the value package.

The lighting, audio, video quality, and camera position are also part of the value package.

Being clean, is also part of it.

This is normal… and how most of us judge materials.

Especially for a paid product… In my view.

Which is why I personally suffer a lot right now as I am striving to create higher quality videos. I am investing time, money and research into this because I want to make solid content. Though, I acknowledge not all content needs a refined look.

But, look at this…

World class content:

@Natasha Tori Maru My relationship to True happens in meditation, contemplation and my work with 5meodmt.

It doesn’t happen through watching content, though it is truth too, and it’s part of my education,

Anyway, Leo is great. Bryan is great. People who are creating authentic value in their field are great. I strive to do this.

@Thought Art Thanks for sharing.

I don't personally find judgements in domain conscientiousness translate across all areas of people's lives. That sort of rigidity never served me, and I never consider conscientiousness to be a global ranking of morals/character/intellect/whathaveyou. I dislike charm, charisma and artifice. Authenticity and earnestness is my jam :D

I am strongly turned off by performative behaviour and overly crafted narratives (which Bryan and Kate have admitted is core to their marketing).

@Natasha Tori Maru I am not sure how that relates to what I said exactly.

@Natasha Tori Maru How much boring and dry stuff do you consume? I bet it’s not that much.

I view Leo and Bryan as generally authentic.

Presentation style is important. Especially in our modern age… we want good music, good videos, good content. Forever.

@Thought Art Consume as in, media wise?

I do consume a range of content, I really try to give a lot of stuff a crack. Even if it is turds. Usually I can find something I enjoy or takeaway from it.

I have a pretty specific aesthetic I enjoy, but I don't require it as a standard. I won't pass on an opportunity to extract useful information just because someone looks a bit unkempt. The only requirement I have, typically, is decent audio.

I think being trained in fine arts then transitioning into construction meant I had to abandon many of my previous high aesthetic standards. Construction really emphasised 'sometimes done is good enough'. It also forced me to be much more pragmatic. I had perfectionistic standards that sometimes immobilised me from creating or beginning/finishing projects. That all went when engaging in building commercial centres; time, cost, deadline pressures all reshaped how I approach problem solving and art. And what I consume media wise. Heh!

Having said all of the above, I don't really watch much content. I am a bit busy, so I tend to listen.

I don't place a lot of limits on what I consume. I like to keep challenging myself with novelty of all kinds - especially musically.

Not sure if I answered you correctly there!
