You can learn it obviously but it's not a game it's an actual job. 

The word "game" is misleading and may actually inhibit success in relationships. Trying to "game" your way to a fancy car won't work. Hard work, personal development, skills, many failures will get you nice things including money and fulfilling relationships.

Can definitely learn it. Get fit and talk to lots of women and put ads up online. Lots of lonely women out there. I considered it myself for a bit but ultimately decided against it cuz I like more long term relationships with women don't really wanna see many of them casually.
