No because if one were truly "more conscious" they’d simply go do some gardening, get a dog, eat some Häagen-Dazs etc.

Every morning I take 20 grams of butter: 10 to spread on my delicious French bread, soft on the inside and crusty on the outside, and another 10 to spread on my hair roots.
