You were asking from an ideal that you have regarding what being "high consciousness" should look like. I know how to talk in such a way (you'd love it), but it's not relevant to listening to what's presented.

@CARDOZZO I wonder why these kinds of posts get so many reactions.

At this point, it is all about doing the work for yourself :D

The forum is great for content exploration, basic tips, ideas. The most practical advice here is for dating

Haha, you really didn't like something.

Fine. Get past the reaction, even when it is one of approval, and try to listen to the material.

How easy it is to juggle our balls when nothings at stake. Words in cyberspace.

It is far easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled.

Okay but the issue still stands that you haven't shown us what you look like.

Yes.  But you have a great avatar picture too.  How would you unpack seeing is deceptive?

Can Love realize that there cannot be a difference between You and Love? F yeah!

Love is imagining all differences. The difference between You and Love is Absolutely Everything.

You can't be anything besides Love because Love is all there is. THERE IS ONLY LOVE!

Your entire being is Love.

You are Love imagining your Entire Existence. You are Loving your Imagination. You are Loving the Entire World.

You are Loving the meaning You Love Yourself.

Reality is Love. Truth is Love.

GOD is Infinite LOVE.

What is Love?

ABSOLLUTE UNITY AND INFINITE JOY OF CONSCIOUSNESS AND Lo0o0o0o00VVVVEEEEE!!!!!!!!

@Natasha Tori Maru Isn't the final and whole point of spirituality to realize that stake itself is bs?:D. Consciousness in cyberspace:P

Your anxious nature manifests in your whole being, in your body, in every breath, in every tiny gesture. You must see it as the expression of the reality now, and channel your suffering to open yourself to another level. If you label your trauma as a thought, illusion, mistake, you are trapped for ever, in the infinite carrot.

There is only one real way to resolve an emotional structure based on suffering, and that is to see it directly, to accept that you are a process that is happening, that is interconnected with everything, not an island that decides how to feel, and from there act with absolute determination to integrate that energetic structure that reality has created and that you are, and use its momentum to take a step to another level.

But isn't that what Tolle means by overcoming the pain body? You've healed the energetic structure of your trauma and are now living from a deeper level that's no longer defined by suffering. I see no difference there from what Tolle describes.

Who is doing it? It's the reality that is happening as a process that feels like suffering, the real you that Ralston and Tolle talks about is precisely the ego, they are absolutely wrong,.180 degrees wrong, like all non dualistics.

I don't understand your problem with the teachings of non-duality. I find Neo-Advaita aimless as well. But true non-duality dissolves barriers and opens you up to the Absolute. It is one of many ways that make it possible to bring the mind into harmony with reality. The goal is to see the light everywhere, until the seen and the seer dissolve into one another and only eternity remains.

I thought that for me in this life would be absolutely impossible stop the sick intensity of my suffering, but I managed to find the way. Absolutely, total transformation, a miracle that was just an utopia. Not something that is "almost", some days good, others not so, but totally clean. It's not a matter of identity, it's a matter of conquest your freedom changing the level where you operate.

That is good, and you yourself say that it is merely the starting point for enlightenment. Now you still have to find a way to dissolve the barriers of the self. And how do you do that? What is your technique now? I do this, for example, by seeing the formless everywhere, much like light shining equally everywhere; in this, resistance dissolves within me, and I perceive this as true non-duality.

Tolle understands it backwards. To begin with, Tolle hasn't healed anything; he had a mental breakdown one day due to extreme stress, and the next day his self was deactivated. His default mode network stopped functioning as an extreme defense mechanism, and then he tells you that there's something he calls the pain-body, which is the accumulated trauma of your life, activated by your thoughts. Then, through meditation, you can observe it, integrate it, and thus it disappears.

It's the other way around. You don't remember your cousin slapping you and calling you an idiot, and then you activate the pain-body. The point is that you haven't been able to conquer your place in society and in reality; instead, you've cowardly adapted, feigning an autonomy and power you don't possess. So your system, which has evolutionary mechanisms stemming from war and slavery, knows you're in a weak, insecure position, that in savage circumstances you would be abused and intimidated. And to manifest this, which is your reality, it evokes your nice cousin urinating on your face. Because your system knows that you are in a very insecure position and that is screaming you: danger.

If you had truly earned your place, it wouldn't matter to you. It wasn't that traumatic, it wasn't like the Siege of Stalingrad; it's a symbol that you're still a coward. If you stop being a coward and earn your place, that disappears, but you have to earn it, and that requires drive, courage, struggle, and absolute assertiveness. Otherwise, you'll suffer.

This is life, not a video game where the ego decides what to feel. You are the tip of the iceberg of a vast tide called humanity, forged in war, oppression, conquest, and also in genius. Tolle is a painkiller; it works while you're reading it, but then you go out into the world and it's useless.

Okay, yeah, that is a pretty good analysis in many respects. The idea of Tolle serving as a spiritual painkiller fits quite well.

It is, in a way, true that his technique doesn't really work or, at best, serves only as a means of spiritual bypassing.

You're right, that is quite different from the actual work.
