i super specialised in "success" category. All my skill points were invested in success and  finding my life purpose. now  i realised actualized is complete package.  i neglected dating , mental health , spirituality , psychidelics .

now i realised how fucked up i got , by neglecting health and socialisation .  those 2 categories are brutal if you neglect it. hopefully i can now learn it and apply it.

but man , i am a noob in health. i am trying to cut down unhealthy food and trying to put buds in ears.

my loneliness sucks. i hate the pain of loneliness. will take years to get well in social skills. i have mastered the book "how to win friends and influence people". i have mastered it. but still that was not enough. it did not put me out of loneliness.  i need to master other models

 

 

it sucks to be a noob in those 2 category . being a noob in psychidelic and spirituality  can be dealt with. those are harmless.

Psychedelics are not harmless. They do have negative effects on the brain and can take you into a psychotic state.

Makes a lot of sense to start with money. If you have the money for it you can easily hire a dating coach and a nutritionist to help your journey along these fields.

well said. i neglected money. and it is pretty fucked up. need to research on money too. having no knowledge on money is also a problem

Health is really simple in terms of action steps. The real battle will be your mind bullshitting you and the emotional labour of doing the right thing. You know what to do if you sit there to think about it. Better than anyone could tell you actually but let me pretend like I know you:

• Move and exercise within your capacity every single day. Push beyond it a few times a week. Walk a lot.
• Don’t put poison in your mouth. Eat meat, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, fruits, dairy, eggs, nuts, herbs and spices. Everything else is pretty much drugs not food. Very shitty drugs that numb.
• Sleep enough. Exercise will help. Seeing the sun and breathing the outside during the day will help.

Add nuance to this foundation.

start a socialization habit. spend 20 minutes a day conversing with people. make some friends. start an instagram account and post pics. a linkedin. just do it everyday and keep applying principles

#1 thing non-negotiable is this: spend 20 minutes a day

Money is fundamentally simple you don't need a book. The rules are: have as much as possible coming in, have as little as possible going out, and there's no such thing as free money. Everything else builds on that foundation.
