Hmm... You do realize you are basically saying: Hey lighten up, just eat this "poison" artificial food, its ok.

So tell me my friend, who's the dummy now? I guess the poisons are working perfectly and speaking for themselves :P

Lets read Doritos ingredients...

Now lets look at just one ingredient there and how its made (canola oil) for example...

This channel can help you see how more of this stuff is actually made. https://www.instagram.com/toxins_in_children/

Eating this your basically a walking mutation and science experiment, gradually becoming more zombie, less human.

This is example of natural/organic strawberry vs almost all strawberries at the supermarket today.strawberry_graph-2672414544.png

Now Imagine the doritos... Common now, lightening up? You can't lighten up if you eat evil shit like this.

@LoneWonderer Because of some spiritual / moral reasons or you just don't like it?

For me it's the easiest source of protein.

@bazera Yes, for optimal health and moral reasons. I'm big into health and longevity and vegan/vegetarian/pescitarian shows slight edge over meat eating. This is a whole can of worms and debate I don't really want to go into. I've done years and years of deep study into health and longevity and these are just my conclusions.

Moral too, after having seen the documentary: earthlings. Just disgusting what we do to animals.

However meat tastes great I won't argue with anyone there.

This month I started with a consistent meal plan and I discovered a great breakfast.

Breakfast:

  • Smashed banana + avocado, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, handful walnuts, handful blueberries, 6g raw cocoa powder (the citric one), 4g creatine, 1 tbsp eevo. Plus 3-4 scrambled eggs on the side to finish it off. That's about 1000 calories. That shit is sweet, chocolate flavored and energizing.

Lunch:

  • Lentils stew with sweet potatoes and about 200g beef (or chicken). This would be another 900-1000 calories

Then I eat a snack that can be more walnuts, the rest of an avocado, a fruit, or whatever. More oats. Just to go into the 2500 calories since I am trying to build muscles.

I start at ~10:00am and stop eating at ~18:00, just to leave 4hs before bed.

I am currently suplementing with krill oil capsules, D3+K2, B complex and sometimes magnesium butit is pretty much covered.

@Human Mint Doesn't it get boring eating the same thing every day? It does for me, that's why I try to have something different on the weekends.

No, because it tastes so good. But I've only doing it for 2 weeks, it is not that much time and my meals can vary some days. If ain't broken don't fix it...

Vegetables, nuts, meat (fish, chicken, kangaroo) , cheese, eggs, some fruit (intolerances) eevo 90% coffee/herbal tea

I basically eat 70% shrubs and meat (organ meats too). The meat I eat is not farmed. Either wild (kangaroo), or some fish (might be farmed).

Weight lift, run, mountain bike and walk (doggo). Don't own a car. Always take the stairs. Maintained 47/48kg @ 164cm my whole life.

I'm pretty fit, high stamina. Days start at 5am and I don't stop until evening at 6:30pm. Every day has lots of movement.

I meal prep for the whole week on Sunday. I Always have some nuts / fruit handy. I never let myself get too hungry. Small portions. It's funny how people think my portions are some sort of starvation mode - I see the typical meal overweight people eat as 3 portion sizes, usually. Portion sizes and hidden fats in food purchased out are a KILLER.

@Leo Gura oh my gosh! :$ In my defence they are a pest here - their populations explode and they need to be culled so the land isn't destroyed. Despite them also being a cultural icon!

I eat our cultural icon... Jeez. I am just happy they aren't farmed and pumped full of hormones.

I have tried being vegetarian many times and end up with severe anaemia. Ferrin levels in the single digits. Also it fucks with my thyroid. Already have issues there.

Haha what 😆 I remember when I was a kid our local zoo brought a kangoroo and the whole population was rushing there to see it. I didn't know that you could actually it eat, lol.

@Natasha Tori Maru What does it taste like?

Plenty of meat, I mostly optimize for protein. Plenty of veggies fresh, canned and frozen. I only drink distilled water with silica and salt in it and zero sugar soda. I love to cook and was a journeyman meat cutter for many years so, cooking with meat is a very creative act for me, lots of love.

I've always had a sweet tooth, so something sweet as well, even if I have to make something with artificial sweetener. My diet is basically the same as Coach Greg on Youtube. It is focused on getting in macro and micronutrients while also being low in calories and being something you want to eat.

I meal prep for the whole week on Sunday

@Natasha Tori Maru Doesn't the taste go wierd in couple days? I also tried meal prepping on sundays for mon-sat but after the middle the week, food lost a fresh taste, it wasn't as tasty as it's when you just prepare it.

I switched to daily prepping in the evenings for the next day. It takes 30-35 mins.

@Infinite Tsukuyomi Do you make sweet snacks yourself? Could you share some recepies you like?

Sometimes I mix banana, raisins and a bit of honey. It does't taste like a candy but pretty sweet. Something like that.

Oh man I'm a bit of a cheater - often I refry what I prepped with some cheese or nutritional yeast 🥹

I don't really batch cook meals - I batch cook ingredients and then combine them. Often refrying or jamming em in the oven. Depends. I often find ways to freshen the meal. But I always cook greens that day. It is just meat/heavy veg I roast in seperate Tupperware. Then I grab other ingredients like pine nuts/chickpeas, eevo, roast pumpkin/potatoes, beetroot and some pulled kangaroo with green beans and chuck it all together with hot sauce.

I have a whole bunch of different condoments for different flavour profiles. I don't like heavy sauce meals. Sauces can make a meal stale and stodgy quickly. So I stick to eevo, lemon, salt pepper and spices.

Kangaroo is slightly gamey, very very lean meat. I marinade it and fry it on super high heat, pressure bbq it or make rissoles and hamburgers. Love a kangaroo hamburger for dinner (the only time I eat bread).

Sometimes I will make sausage rolls (packed with veggies and some meat) and freeze them. Instant oven food from the freezer in a pinch. Egg bites are fun (basically eggs with whatever in muffin tray) and I love cottage cheese chips with eevo and herbs roasted in the oven (if you want to avoid crackers or chips).

I will say though I am a freak and not super food motivated. I can eat the same thing over and over. I prefer to get eating out of the way so I can move onto the next thing 🙂

@Natasha Tori Maru Oh okay, makes more sense now. I do some of that on some sundays when I'm not too lazy, cutting and prepping ingredients and saving them in the fridge, and use them daily, I just cook the marinated meet and use pre-cut veggies, saves some time.

This is the reason I don't go nuts with eating same thing day in day out lol.

I just change combination of condoments on my chicken, rice and other things, makes a real difference.

Also changing combinations gives me different taste variations, so that meat doesn't taste the same every day.

Same.

Just imagine the hustle and prepping that people go through when they have a need to eat something different / special each day. So much energy and thought process would go into eating. For me it it's a waste.

But I have a friend who can't eat same thing daily and he spends half of his day in the kitchen lol, and always trying to come up with something different daily.

Gourmet type of people.

Kangaroo hamburger sounds interesting, sounds exotic 😀 Maybe I'll try it one day. The most exotic thing I've tasted outside my local cuisine was some snails in French.

I like to cook and like food so I'm not the hugest health nut when it comes to cooking.  Here's a couple I enjoy.  I try to make something like this once a week.  Right now I'm exploring soul food.  Mostly I eat salads and healthier things.

I can't find the exact recipe for my protein cinnamon rolls, but I watched it on youtube. Casein, flour, artificial sweetner, barely any butter. The frosting was made with greek yogurt.

I also like to buy belvita biscuits at the store, crumble them, add fruit and top with a frosting made with greek yogurt and squeezed lemon juice or some sort of lemon flavored powder like crystal light.

Protein donuts. Ready for it? Hamburger buns lol. You make whatever flavored jelly you want to go in the middle with jello powder, crystal light, and greek yogurt. Then the outside, you can put artificial powdered sugar.

Regular fruit tastes more amazing than it used to, since switching to non nutritive sweeteners. I could single handedly make nectarines go extinct.

@Infinite Tsukuyomi Nice.

Why don't you just use honey instead of artificial sweeteners?

Not sure if it's healthier though.
