Why not depression?

Imagine a world where all things arise from depression. Would humans like it?

i still like T'woh-nes

As its that which has our attention ,

Like u might think i mean "attentiveness", but its a little different, as when you are attentive, theres a sortve *floating aer- And you have the option to change the flow of~Or follow attentiveness *with,  or to think of it in terms of like say "Not-Attentive to" (in the next phase), or maybe "day dreaming... like the epitome of ^^^^ "

But in the case of t'wohnes, you are locked into *That which draws your attention. Like, in other words it speaks to something as a constant in our lives, and those constants are hints at whats goin on—Almost like realizing "the hard rules of perception or psychology" (the deeply felt, and hard rules that hit you on lsd, is wat i meant to evoke. i guess it was more difficult to describe than i thought)

Paraphrase from Poimandres (Corpus Hermeticum): "... that which is in the Word is also in ourselves."

Greek Magical Papyri (PGM): "I call upon the Word of the All, that which binds heaven and earth, and let it manifest in the circle."

Plato – Cratylus (439–440): "A name is a likeness of the thing itself; if rightly spoken, it carries the essence of what it names."

@LambdaDelta I think you're on to something . I can't make sense of love with my mind because I think how can God accept evil and suffering.

I still cannot understand how is this something that people believe.

@Joseph Maynor if one realizes he is everything and everyone..isn't spreading and giving love to everyone kind of the only rational thing to do ?

Exactly. But if you are everything, how can you even move? Or the entire universe already moved itself?

Therefore, simply Being is inevatible?

Here's the story of everything: once upon a time there was nothing.  Nothing is one and singular so it does not know itself. So it decided to know itself .the only way it can know itself is by fooling itself that there is something else other than itself ..by imagining itself as separate subject perceiving a world populated by others .

(Metaphorical obviously).

Great quote.  Sufis are great but no one beats indian sages . This one by Nisargadatta is an absolute gold

I just now finished listening to it and I feel like I understand everything 😂

He is amazing.

Actually, when you pass the gate, there is no Rumi, Nisargadatta, words, sentences, all is It, belongs to It.

Yes, but there is no duality between the Infinite and the finite, so it's ok not to Love perfectly, no one can or does.  But most people will resist this twist on Love.

Knowledge is distinction, in this conception.

Evil had to be because of knowledge.

Metaphorically speaking… The belief that Jesus died was so that anyone who believed in him would have eternal life. And that death is the illusion. That’s a perfect example of True Love.

Love always wins, because Love can never die.

“evil destroys itself” because evil is inherently chaotic, selfish, and destructive, it ultimately consumes its own foundation.
