Humanity will soon become superhuman, thoughts?

The future is really gonna be interesting. Soon enough transhumanism will take off like never before. With technology like Neuralink that will raise our IQ to 200+ as well as biotech that will let us improve our bodies and become biologically immortal. This understandably freaks a lot of people out but as someone obsessed with self-development which is already basically self-transcendence, this is incredibly exciting to me. 

There is the dystopian version where the rich people use AI to oppress the rest of the populace but I don't see that happening. In game theory, it makes much more sense to facilitate a transition towards post scarcity and give everyone AI UBI than try to wage an eternal war on humanity. 

I can't imagine being able to compute faster than I currently can. Already taking psychedelics the information overloard is incredibly, perhaps with a Neuralink-esque device in our brain's we'll be able to interact with the infinite infinitely more.

Why don't see the dystopia happening? Why do you see the more insane thing happening vs the easier option?

Economics. A dystopia is not very efficient and will be too expensive in energy so the path of least resistance will be world peace.
