is a far more simpler and wholistic approach, and 99% of your health problems will be solved.

Just observe most native and indigenous peoples or people that live in remote country villages or mountainous regions around the world. They eat all sorts of stuff, yet mostly from what is naturally grown or hunted around them, yet they hardly have any serious diseases or illnesses we suffer from in "modern society".

People of Hunza Valley in North Pakistan for instance never had a single case of cancer, they eat mostly plant-based from the wild trees and harvests all year around, and occasionally have cheese and milk from their own cows / goats and meat only for ceremonial purposes. They also have a 3 - 4 month period where they only drink fresh squeezed apricot juice.

All these man-made drugs are a distorted science and distorted understanding of nature and the human body.

They simply don't work long term and do more harm than good, otherwise the divine intelligence that created us would of already thought of it long ago. Its all business, evil, greed, nothing about health or cures, otherwise such systems would go bankrupt.

Whats also funny enough is the people of Hunza are big on Apricots and their seeds contain a vitamin called B17 which seems to kill cancer cells, and when the western system found this out, it instantly banned it from many countries and labelled it as toxic cyanide in apricot bits which is also found in grape seeds, peach pits and other citrus, apple seeds and stone fruit. Nowadays many food are bread to be (seedless) and all their anti-cancer compounds are being lost and fruit is even more sweeter than before missing the (bitter seed) for neutra-chemical balance. I used to take it for like months when i was 16-17 or so, the side effects were very mild from what i can remember. Then i took a break and decided to take it again, the side effect was heart problem, i could feel the irregular beat of my heart and i stopped taking it. The thing with accutane  , you can take it for months then you have to take a break according to the prescription, but ones you stop the acne will just come back. It will also dry out your lips and your lips will peel etc. So it's not worth taking, specially because if you stop taking it the acne will just come back. Some people take it for very long period so i can see why their body or health would get damaged.

Dairy too is a big one, most of my acne went away when i stopped dairy.

To add to what others already mentioned. This was the first time I read about the mTOR -> acne connection, but it makes a lot of sense, especially when you think of anabolic steroid (ab)users (which raise and activate mTOR), who often have a lot of acne.

Dont assume to know how it effected you. People are blind to nuance and have little to no body awareness. Most side effects come later a year after stopping the drug.
