Interesting, maybe its one of those optical illusions which reveal our unique perceptions. I know its just a drawing, but she reminds me a bit of some of those crazy women out there that all look the same nowadays, especially the fake teeth/lips and eyes. I must say, it is on the nasty, vitriolic side for a meme. Someone was upset when the made it 💀 

She looks spiritually constipated to me. Strained smile. Bit of uncanny valley with the over emphasised chin, mouth, teeth. And smile that doesn't extend to the eyes.

Wow you guys see the woman's image very different from me.  I didn't consider any of the words, just the image of the woman in my assessment.  Interesting issue for difference in interpretation.
