He is critical of the way the FBI and the authorities have conducted the investigation, or rather, the lack thereof.

He believes that what we saw in the neck is the entry wound, that there wasn't an exit wound, so the bullet would be inside the body, but that the shot wasn't taken from the position we've been told, nor the type of weapon or bullet. He also rejects the theory that he was wearing a protective vest.
