I posted that image of Leo's blog because it was news to me. I've never been to fond of celebrities, but I really admire Arnold Schwarzenegger. I also fanboy over Gurus. But apparently, that's corruption.

There is nothing wrong with adoring celebrities, just don't assume what they show you is the real them, realize they are people just like everybody else, and realize in most cases you may not really adore the person that they really are but most likely their incredible talent, their image, and the way they carry themselves.

Adoring celebrities is not idol worship, but it can devolve into it if your not careful. With that said, the whole social engine/machinery around celebrity oozes with corruption which is why most celebrities can burnout and why some become corrupt themselves.

You are a selfless LACK OF APPEARANCE, that CONSTRUCTS AN APPEARANCE. But that appearance can disappear and reappear and we call that change, we call it time, we call it space, we call it distance, we call distinctness, we call it other. But notice...this appearance, is a SELF. A SELF IS A CONSTRUCTION!!!

So if you want to know the TRUTH OF THE CONSTRUCTION. Just deconstruct the construction!!!! No point in playing these mind games!!! No point in creating needless complexity!!! The truth of what you are is a BLANK!!!! A selfless awareness....then that means there is NO OTHER, and everything you have ever perceived was JUST AN APPEARANCE, A MIRAGE, AN ILLUSION, IMAGINARY.

Everything that appears....appears out of a lack of appearance/void/no-thing, non-sense (can't be sensed because there is nothing to sense). That is what you are, and what arises...is made of that. So nonexistence, arises/creates existence. And thus everything is solved.

Do you think it is corruption?

I ask because you can admire others - and simultaneously acknowledge their shortcomings. It is just more typical for people to erase the reality of their idols shortcomings

As long as you are aware :)

There is something wrong with it.

But you can respect a person for their skillful accomplishments or good works.

Tangential point, but Rick Beato is also a great example of mastery. The guy has incredible knowledge.

What was the cultural significance of Hulk Hogan? He definitely represented the peak of ORANGE vMeme culture and marketing, first being a wrestler and then a reality TV star.

Its a clear sign of where we are as Human Kind when we look up to the like of Ozzy and Hogan....Ppl only say the things they say about them because of how these two affected their Personal Experience, but its pretty low down the scale..Yeah wrestling is fun to watch once in a blue moon, but when its Your Life and means something to You then Your in trouble, same with heavy metal...
