I've realized that i need to go vegan to protect the rights of other sentient beings. Any resource to help me do that will be appreciated.

I haven't tried it yet myself. What you got? Oh that's right, you don't eat vegan food.

No there are actually some vegan meals that can taste good.

But there it's just a bown of lentils with some brocolis and olive oil.

When i am hungry i crave a big hamburger with french fries and a salade and a big coca cola, or an entrecôte with tartare sauce and aligot (potatoes blended with cheese), a perigord salade with duck and parmesan and bread and goat cheese from the side, cassoulet, blanquette de veau, magret de canard avec pommes de terres sarladaises, rillettes de canard avec pain de campagne...

Hummmm

There are plenty of videos about recipes on youtube.

Just inquire on Vitamine B12 and O3 supplements.

You should also do blood test here and there to checks nutrients levels in blood because animal products are the main sources of iron, zinc and choline and the only food source or almost of vitamin D, A, K2 and some amino acid like taurine or l-carnitine. (+ B12 and O3s (EPA/DHA) as i said before).

@Majed That you ask shows that you want to do it the right way which is good.

A lot of research is important, probably more then what can be put into here..

I liked his content a lot back then: https://www.youtube.com/@Simnettnutrition

Some of the most important things I would say are:

- look for a vegan multivitamin and a pill box -- its easy and its very likely you get all your vitamins

- transition into the vegan diet slowly, your gut isnt used to some foods like lentils

- no weird experiments like raw veganism

Translation for non-French people: "When I'm hungry, I crave cardiac arrest" 🤣.

I would be cautious going vegan, being skinny is super easy on a vegan diet, and that's not something good IMO, skinny in a bad way. You will have to eat unusual foods; otherwise, it will never work. Eating enough protein and, in some cases, calories with legumes, oats, and nuts is a fantasy; you'll never do it successfully because it's a massive amount of very satiating food. With nuts and seeds, you'll reach 3000 calories faster than 100g of protein, which makes it impossible.

However, if done correctly, research has shown it's healthier to get your protein and calories from plants than from animals.

I like to eat TVP made from peas; it's usually made with soy, the pea version has no phytoestrogen, which might be a problem at high amounts for extended periods, and is higher in protein than the already high soy version.

50g of protein per 100g for the soy version and 70g per 100g for the pea version. I had to check multiple times when I first discovered it because that's significantly higher compared to even the leanest meat; a chicken breast with no fat has about 30g. It's very absorbent, spongy, and tasteless on its own, so it needs to be seasoned, i.e, taco seasoning. At that point, it tastes even better than ground beef, and it's also easier on the gut than meat.

You should try to fill your plate with as many legumes (including unprocessed soy like edamame and unconventional high protein legumes like fava beans and lupini beans), nuts, seeds, grains, and vegetables, then tofu and tempeh, and lastly, you can fill the protein gaps with TVP or clean protein powders if you didn't get enough from former foods.

Just having dairy in there makes things significantly easier; light mozzarella cheese has about 20-32g of protein per 100g, and Greek yogurt is also nice.

I would question the necessity to go completely vegan at humanity's current stage of development. I don't think you're exercising any form of spirituality by going vegan.
