@TruthFreedom Solipsism is worth contemplating. When I read your objections, they are valid. But, they don’t actually prove or disprove Solipsism. 
 

Have you ever experienced anyone else’s mind from your own?

Is reality physical? Or is it consciousness? 
 

Does the existence of other beings seeming to have their own thoughts, opinions and wills truly prove against solipsism?

That's exactly what I'm saying. It can't be proven or disproven, but Hojo is one of these people who thinks they know everything and is trying to warp my mind.

@TruthFreedom In this work you’re going to face some pretty challenging truths. Solipsism, can be proven or disproven. At least, you don’t know if it’s true or not. You also don’t know if it can be proven or not. You also don’t know what it is. 
 

I recognize you are upset with this forum member but please not your swearing at him goes against forum guidelines. Attacking him won’t change what is or isn’t true. 
 

If you pursue awakening you can come to your own conclusions. 
 

A mature mind can handle the views and opinions of others without needing to attack them.

I have experienced psychosis, and I know what beliefs led to this mental breakdown. It was partly a belief in solipsism.

Even a successful psychiatrist tried to make me believe that I was the cause of all the world's problems.

I'm not gonna let my mind be fucked with again.

@TruthFreedom I have to admit, if you know this then perhaps avoiding this thread would be wise. Simply don’t engage Solipsism can be dangerous especially if taken as some twisted belief or if it’s not integrated properly.

What's REAL and FAKE in this dualistic life, they both hold the same value. In the absolute sense. So there's no difference between those two. Sounds simple enough but try understand that fully and you will be fine. No need to go any further.

@Hojo I read your comments and they are hard to follow. I can see why he was triggered given his state. This isn’t an area to water hose people with your mystical, solipsistic dream world ideas. Give the person some grace.

Because God is One, and all “other” are aspects of it’s oneness solipsism is true. 
 

The problem with solipsism as a belief is that neurotic minds start freaking out that others don’t exist. No, if you can look, speak and talk to them they exist. Relax. Don’t go creating freaky conceptual fantasies and stressing yourself out. 
 

The terms “self” “Self” and “other” are worth contemplating.

I wasnt pushing him we were talking about solipsim and then he started attacking me. I can argue he was pushing me just as much as I was pushing him. This is unfair.

I am just stating my points he is verbally attacking me and I am getting punished. His mental state shouldnt be able to come into effect for discussion. I wont talk about it again, but I wasnt even warned his mental state was collapsing until the last statement.

I had a hunch it got to him because of infinite projection, but I didnt know he was just attacking me during a solipsism discussion.

Do not let anyone here pollute the pristine waters of your mind with their foreign thoughts that contain no meaning whatsoever.

Love, real, human, pure love disproves solipsism, and no one will convince me otherwise. I have considered solipsism before, and returned to it numerous times.

Love is pure - it says 'You matter'. You are valid. I sacrifice myself for your wellbeing. I give unto you, of myself, the best of myself. My light. 

The fact that love exists is validation of the other. Worship, respecting, honoring and giving full attention to another. 

You, yourself, when you love. Really love another.... You become the moment.

Pay no mind to this subject as it is as a thought parasite. A pesky ear worm of tune that you need to drown out.

Please no one waste your time trying to convince me out of the above. I am steadfast in this.

@Hojo Actually, note I’ve spoke to both of you. I also reported him for cursing at you. 
 

He said early on he was having mental health struggles because of it. I am not getting you in trouble here. I guess, I’m trying to share a perspective on grace in the context of these spiritual ideas when people are sharing they are unstable. 
 

However, we do discuss these topics on this forum. So, by using this forum you do so at your own risk. I am also discussing the topic here.
