If you couldn't find psychedelics or do meditation, how could you reach awakening?

I can't find psychedelics

They aren't that difficult to find if you scour the internet for a few days.

If you have difficulty buying them in your country, then find a job, save money, and travel, and don't BS yourself and waste your time like others not using psychedelics.

who says meditation isn’t interesting? The fucking mind and the ego for god’s sake. Meditation is to bask in existence itself. If that’s not interesting, you don’t really want enlightenment.

Yo, btw, real talk for a minute. I don't think you'll awaken without psycs. Like legit. I've had like 30-40 DMT breakthroughs and 1 5meo breakthrough and I am nowhere near enlightened yet. And I live and breath this shit from age of like 3 :S

(Lived and breathed heavily corrupted Christian theology from young age and graduated to nondual leoism about 5 year ago). I'm not hard hard core, but yeah...without the power of psychedelics, I doubt a human will have an actual awakening. I haven't had one yet... But I'm not discouraged by this because I think it snowballs at a certain point and gains exponential momentum. I.e. after you have one profound and legitimate awakening the next one becomes easier and the next one becomes easier again. Just super scary having to give up your human existence

And “some” have “awakened” without the use of psychedelics. It’s in a way about letting go of seeking. Which no one can do. Because ego/the self is seeking in itself. Psychedelics are also often seeking.

Have to be careful with this idea. (Referencing one of Leo's historic analogies about how awakening is like finding a needle in a haystack except that the needle, in this instance, is literally the realization that there is no needle):

Giving up looking for the needle is not the same as finding the no-needle.

Dirt transforms itself into psychedelics easily & cheaply all around the world. You don’t have to do psychedelics if you don’t want to but if there is a will there’s a way.

It’s like you are asking how can I become ripped without eating & without moving my ass?

@Never_give_up For this person, it was reading books, attending retreats, and watching satsangs online, that’s what helped. But the journey looks different for everyone. The most important thing is: don’t give up. Keep learning, keep searching. The truth has a way of finding its way to you.

And honestly, just from your username, I can tell that persistence is already part of who you are. ^_^

It might not lead to awakening but I think it can be good path regardless

100%

Like better than being a drug addict or a degenerate. Meditation can still give you peace. And you can enjoy beautiful relaxation with monks and stuff.
