First of all, i am sorry you are going through this...

Second, I want to say that this "stuck" feeling of disgust, shame and wanting to throw up is normal, under the circumstances. I too was SA as a child (by an older male friend) and I also have what you are describing so I don't really know exactly what to do to heal but I would guess we could benefit by exercises that brings up emotional catharsis, to bring back all those feelings and process them in real time by whatever way we can (vomiting is valid). 

Lately, I have been thinking this idea that anger is a good way to process old traumas because you get out of these "unproductive" feelings that stops you and evolve into one that at least empowers you. 

And, about your family, I would get the fuck away from them and start a new one, a healthier one. This too I speak from experience, I have a very complicated family that its bad for me. The times that I could get away from them were the best years of my life and when I am close to them, its hell.

They won't change, ever.

Its better to deal with loneliness than to deal with toxic people.

These men, including your uncle, suffer less because they don’t accept the worldview of “sex with children is evil”. Why don’t you adopt their strategy of feeling better by dropping that worldview?

I don't know what the age of consent is where you are in Florida, but here in London it's sixteen. So, if your birthday is the 21st February, that means having sex with you on the 22nd February is fine, but having sex on the 20th is evil and unacceptable. Really? Why would I be hurting you on the 20th if only two days later it will be fine?

I dont hate my uncle, you missed the whole point. Im talking about my own feelings and how I feel in my body, it has nothing to do with others or if it was right or wrong. But you just end up revealing yourself, and to be honest you havent helped a bit, so I suppose you might be of better service somewhere else.

As someone who grew up with family members who had a lot more patience for them. 
I definitely had to say it.

For additional context, 

I also heard a novel sound when Beans mentioned it.

I decided to investigate with the man and found nothing.

It’s fascinating how we can have experience the same thing and yet have vastly different experiences.

I’m sorry you experienced this in a traumatic way. I feel your pain, even though I don’t understand the full scope of what you went through. I wish I could erase that for you, but I realize that that’s a battle you must face on your own. I’m here with you.

Patience is fucking bullshit.

In majority of cases it's a euphemism for tolerating and enabling problematic behavior.
