You are proving my point of how this gender activism has lost touch with reality.

You want a certain outcome so bad that you forgot to check if your feet are planted on the ground.

Still haven't answered the simple question, now you're on to some nebulous grasping.

Should the NBA ban black people back to the negro leagues, since they're genetically and physiologically obviously superior?

Race and ethnicity in the NBA

The NBA in 2023 was composed of 70.4 percent black players, 17.5 percent white players, 2.2 percent Latino players of any race, and 0.2 percent Asian players

So Serena Williams should play in mens? She's bigger than every single male tennis player.

You make a point in my favor. Serena Williams said that she cannot win a single game against a 200th rank male tennis player. She is thicc, but she can't compete with a man.

Just cause a girl is thicc don't make her a man.

I am not talking about skill at all. It's purely about male vs female physiology.

Serena may be physically the most muscular female tennis player in history, but like Leo said, and even she herself said she’s still not a man.

Men have many times the level of testosterone that women have, except compared to a very small percentage of women who take some kind of heavy doses of anabolic steroids like those extremely competitive female bodybuilders or female strength/power type athletes.

Moreover, there are other reasons as to why not even an elite pro female bodybuilder, an elite pro female strength/power athlete, even an elite pro speed female elite, or even an elite pro endurance athlete can ever get nearly as muscular, nearly as strong/powerful, nearly as fast, or have nearly as much stamina as those of their respective elite pro male athlete counterparts, no matter what kind of PEDs she takes, no matter how much of those PEDs she takes, no matter how genetically gifted she is, no matter how great her diet regiment is, no matter how great her training regimen is, no matter how well she recovers from her training regimen, and no matter how hard she works.

Men generally start from, and continue to maintain, a higher baseline and higher ceiling. Even when training adaptations are similar in relative terms, males generally have more total muscle mass and larger body dimensions to begin with, so equal percentage gains still leave them with higher absolute strength and size. And why is that? It's because adolescent boys go through puberty later and for a longer period of time than adolescent girls do, which means that boys/men have a longer/later growth spurt than girls/women do. Therefore, male puberty brings much higher testosterone exposure and growth hormone exposure, which produces lasting differences in size, muscle, strength, power, and oxygen-carrying capacity.

Moreover, some experts say that androgen-receptor differences between males and females contribute, which is why boys/men respond more positively to androgens, including testosterone, better than girls/women do.

This is why not even most genetically gifted female bodybuilders or most genetically gifted female athletes in the world will have nearly as many androgen receptors as men do, particularly compared to the most genetically gifted male bodybuilders and most genetically gifted male athletes in the world.

Again, the reality is that late-teen boys and adult men generally have a large physical advantage over late-teen girls and adult women in many sports because male puberty occurs later and with a longer/later growth spurt, but above all because male puberty brings much higher testosterone exposure, which produces lasting differences in size, muscle, strength, power, and oxygen-carrying capacity.

I don’t think that any of those boys and girls represent the full potential of an elite male athlete vs. an elite female athlete.

look at the top men in the world vs. the top women in the world

Your points are perhaps about my previous comment. The one you responded to is about human evolution.

"

humans evolve.

Society does not value athleticism in women the way we do in men. This essentially not only stears women away from serious competing, which narrows the competing female pool( the best women physiologically may not even be competing), it also literally breeds women to be less athletic or men more athletic."

Bone density and eye tracking is evolutionary.

Just like dogs are breed to hunt, we breed people for different traits, including by gender. Whatever society values in each gender is bred more.

That happens over the course of thousands of years, professional sports is a recent phenomenon

Hey Leo I gotta be honest, I've been eating within 3-4 hours of my nighttime kriya routine sometimes.

I don't do bandhas or maha mudra so the yoga doesn't make my stomach uncomfortable. But there's gotta be something wrong with what I'm doing, right?

What is it? I don't wanna blindly accept not eating for 3-4 hours before my routine.

I do not observe any eating rules. I do pranayama any time I feel.

Waiting 3hrs after meals is very excessive.

I don't know, what I remember about my last major sports competition was getting my times in Cross Country beat by XX chromosome people since my testosterone levels were 3 ng/dl at age 17 / 17.5 . The only reason I found out I had Kallmann Syndrome was after passing out in a race, but maybe I should have tried harder instead of trying to cheat in the future.....

The women I listed BEAT the ELITE men, they hold overall record, for men and women. We're not talking about elite anyway, we're talking about trans sports.

It does for the entire species, it can happen over one generation for a LeBron James or Serena. Look at dog breeding. Imagine NBA and WNBA stars marrying and having daughters. Athletic women are more avoided in the sexual market, athletic men are highly regarded, at the pro level having several wives and lots of children. Look at all the NBA players that are sons of NBA players.

"There have been over 100 father-son duos in NBA history. As of the 2023-24 season, approximately 35 second-generation players were active in the league"

Out of 8 billion people....

@Leo Gura Hi Leo in regards to your two posts on India. We have just been in Sri Lanka doing the exact same things the young chinese woman was doing and maybe even more dangerous things such as walking without guides through slums at noon.

I can happily report Sri Lanka which is next to India is nothing like this at all. We had zero cases of harrasment or feeling unsafe. Sri Lanka is a predominantly Bhuddist nation.

I was shocked by the behavior in both videos and what a contrast of two countries so near each other. We used to live in Africa, and here yes we had to be a lot more careful and were robbed violently on the beach once.

For a bit of context I travelled with my mom who had been volunteering teaching English by herself in a small village there 2 months before I arrived. She reported it having been a safe country with friendly helpful people.

We did see maaaaany young foreigners both men and women completely inappropriatly dress attire (tight skin clothes) and we both commented that this is probably not a smart idea when travelling in such countries.

Stay safe out there people 🙏

Related with this post, be aware of over generosity in these countries. In Brasil I was in a bread shop and was so hot. I Decided to offer some icecream for the ladies who work there, just 3 people so the price for icecream was not big. One of them had my number and Whatsapp because a room she wanted to rent to a friend of mine. Later on out of nowhere she send me a message asking for money.

Another day in the local central square her child of 5 that I dont even knew runned towards me and asked to me for buy food for her. So, if you want to be generous be from your heart, but be ready to give a hand and easily get your arm eaten.

There are extremely high developed places in Brazil. Do not believe what you hear on a documentary.

Search for Florianópolis, Gramado, Canela, Pomerode, Brasília, Curitiba, Campos do Jordão, Balneário Camboriu.

We are mostly a stage blue/orange country.
